I returned later in the week and he was not as busy. Jason is very knowledgeable and will not push you into any particular Samsung. They only carry Samsung with strong warranties. I did purchase a 84 in. QLED and we are very happy with it. I have a ten year old 65 in. plasma which has a good picture but not 4k compatible. I have had good luck with Samsung. I have to caveat my recommendation to only Jason's excellent service. Their HD Experts installation team can install the TV with a basic sound system such as a sound bar. If like me, you have a high end sound system than find yourselves a team of real experts such as Crutchfield. Their installation team is not much more than plug and play. They are respectful and tidy up afterwards but that is the only good I can add. I would buy there again but I would find my own installation team. read more

My wife and I were searching for a sound bar. We saw many we liked, and listened to some at the usual electronic stores. We like to support the smaller businesses, so we looked around and found The Big Screen Store. This is the Winchester location. The sales person gave us about an hour of demo and information regarding all their sound bars and tv's. He was extremely knowledgeable, and was all about educating the customer, rather than pushing the products into the customer. We had a great experience. We purchased a sound bar, and they gave us free in-home delivery. We have been very satisfied with the sound quality. It is unreal when we watch a movie at our house now. This place is Amazing and James Magnotti is a first class person!! I was on a business trip from Florida and found my way into the store to test theater chairs (my wife found them online). I told James up front I didn't think I could purchase from them and he said, "that's ok." I was very surprised since most would dismiss me because they couldn't make a sale. After an hour of trying all they had and talking with James, I concluded the Palliser line had something for me. James then called Palliser to see if they could ship to me. They couldn't directly, but could to someone who had a loading dock. James then called several locations near me in Florida and found someone who would receive the order. James then provided me specs and quotes for 2 styles I was interested in. I flew home, talked to my wife and within a week I was ordering more than $8,000 dollars in theater seating. James saved me more than $2,000 compared to one of the large online theater seat stores and I was able to try out the product. James continued to follow up during during the entire process even after the chairs had been delivered.
