This was absolutely the worst experience ever!!!! My father had purchased two tires and the mount and balance for my car. When I called to inquire if I didn't need the tires if he could bring the ticket back and get his money refunded back to him, I was told in a rather rude tone after being put on hold that was not muted, that it was against company policy. When I attempted to explain to the woman on the phone that the tires were still with them and never left their property she was even ruder to me. I accepted the answer without argument. I let that go.... I went that same day of the phone call and when I walked in I was accosted by the same woman from the phone.... I walked in and the woman was lying on the chairs, a guy was arms reach from her messing with her, a man was behind the counter messing with his cell phone, another man was a few feet away in another room facing the counter, and yet another man was behind the door. NOT ONE PERSON said a word to me until I had gotten to the counter and put my things on the counter. Finally the man in the other room asked what I needed. I told him that my father had purchased some tires and a mount and balance from them two days prior, that I had the ticket and could they please put them on my car... The man asked me if I wanted to take the tires with me or wanted them to put them on... I told them that I wanted them put on the car... Finally the woman gets up from lying on the chairs and tells me that I don't have to be rude!!!! I told her I was not being rude that, I was simply answering a question. And, had the man listened in the first place he would have known that I wanted the tires put on the car. She then told me as she was walking back around the counter that I was being rude and that I was rude when I was on the phone. I was so infuriated that I went outside to wait for my car to be serviced. While I was waiting I could hear her talking about me and I was 30 or 40 feet away..... To make matters worse they changed my tires outside in the dusty gravel lot that is in front of their shop bays. What kind of tire shop does that?????
This woman needs to learn what customer service is all about and how to do it!!!! If I had no place else to go I still would not go back to this redneck infested hell hole!!!
So my advice is don't go here, unless of course you like being treated rudely by the business you are looking to give your hard earned money to!!!! read more
