However, when arriving to pay and pick up the car, $200 more was added to the bill for the service that was initially part of the original quote price. Needless to say, we voiced our disapproval and left. Upon arriving home, we received a call in which they apologized for not communicating the changes with us in line with their standard business practices. They explained this is not how they built their reputation and promptly refunded our credit card. Kudos for putting the customer first, it's that kind of excellent customer services in the face of a trying situation that will keep us coming back.

Unfortunately, I need to replace the blower motor, resistor, and the connector. They offered the cheapest fix so far. The Jeep dealership wanted to charge me for a whole new wire harness because they don't make the connector anymore. Getting the used part will save me a lot of money.
