The front desk was friendly (ask for Randall or Jeff), the mechanics do good work. My four new tires were replaced and balanced in one hour and fifteen minutes on a Saturday (as a counter example Sam's and Goodyear have taken around 3 hours to do the same work). I called around to compare prices and Marc Yount's was cheaper than every tire place within 15 minutes of my apartment including Jim Whitehead and Tires Plus. Four Michelin Defender's for my 2011 Focus were 599$ (total walk out price after taxes). When comparing tire prices be SURE to ask for the walk-out price, balances and new valves can vary, as can service fees and other bull. You get FREE TIRE ROTATION, you read that right. "Your rear axle seals are shot, and I don't eve know what I'm going to find when I open that pumpkin (meaning differential)." An off-the-cuff estimate was $2500+ It was a condition I was aware of... just brake seals, not axle seals. They were leaking on the inside of the RR back tire, and rather than be honest or investigate further, they took me for a fool and threw rear axle seals in the mix, a $2500 repair that wasn't needed. I'm 100k further down the road and my axle seals are still fine. The blonde old hippie is a shyster, and his squeaky mouthpiece at the desk is just a minion. I went there because I thought they did good, honest work. But this was my last day ever since... can't re-build that kind of trust.
