He even had the patience enough to put the tire hubcap on my tire when I personally forgot that the piece was in the trunk after he made the initial tire repair. I had a simple tire repair. Guy says he can't repair the tire because there's a difference in rubber compounds between my Goodyear tire and his patches. The tire has a small screw in the tread. Asked him about the road hazard warranty, he says they don't offer road hazard warranty because it's a trailer tire and "people always over load the trailer". I said it's obviously a screw in the tread, not a blowout. He said best he could do is replace the tire at $294. Goodyear does in fact offer a road hazard warranty but he refused to honor it. Stay away from this place, all they want to do is sell you something you don't need. Go to Tires Plus! read more

I am giving this Goodyear a five star rating because of Tyler, from speaking to him on the phone and meeting him in person. This young man made me feel valued and I matter! He was polite, kind, and displayed excellent rapport with me! I explained to him that I have asthma as well as PTSD and that I didn't feel comfortable inside. Unfortunately I made the mistake of paying for a 3 year front end alignment service. Every time I come for an alignment, after being told I was good to go, it has taken over 2 hours. I understand things come up but don't schedule me if you can't handle the work. I would not be coming here other than already having paid for the service. read more

This Goodyear helped an out-of-towner with an emergency fix get on the road as quickly as possible. I was visiting Augusta over the weekend for an event when my car broke down - it just refused to start after a quick errand. I had to leave it overnight due to being expected at another event and not having anyone to help me get it started until the next day. On Sunday, I went back to the car and with the help of a family member was able to get it going. While this was happening, my dad was calling around every auto repair shop in town to see who could fix a car on a Sunday since I had to be back in my actual town on Monday. Unfortunately no one had the part needed in stock, but this Goodyear - and the technician, Will, who worked with us - was more than happy to fix it immediately when the part became available. I dropped it off Sunday and knew that first thing Monday morning they'd be working on it. They were wonderful about communicating with me - I called in the morning to get a time estimate, which they happily gave. Later, they found out the part would take longer for delivery and they immediately called to let me know. Once the car was done, they called me right away. I went to pick it up and everything was perfect - I was able to get back on the road for my two hour drive with full confidence. I know this is long, but I wanted to share the story - their positive attitudes and willingness to help really made a big difference to me in what was a very stressful situation. Will and the team at the store were always friendly and always informative. If I ever need a repair in Augusta again, I'm coming straight here. read more

Great service. We had to be towed to have a tire repair. They were closing in 1/2 hour and this was a Sunday. The manager Tracy was able to put 4 new tires on after review of their condition. Great and efficient service. On a rainy Sunday morning I was in and out for a oil change and tire rotation in no time. Walter at the front desk treated every customer that walked in with a good morning greeting. The technician that worked on my car confirmed all the things that needed to be done. As a woman you always have to worry about being overcharged or getting something sold to you that you don't even need. I trust the service here 100%. I've done business here approx 6 years. I've bought multiple sets of tires and hand numerous oil changes on 5 separate vehicles. I recently sent my teenage daughter and 80 y/o dad to get a nail hole plugged in her little Yaris. They said the nail was too close to the wheel wall and she needed a new tire. They quoted the price of a new tire to her but would not give her a military discount because "the price of the tire is already deeply discounted". I called the other Goodyear store in town and they quoted the exact same sale price of the tire and would be more than happy to honor a military discount. I've been given the discount by some of the clerks and not been given the discount by another. The one's that will not honor the discount will not change his mind and you are SOL. This has happened multiple times and I've bitten my tongue until now. They put the spare tire on her car and charged her $15 to do it. I sent my daughter to the Goodyear on Washington Road across from Davis Rd. Very nice store manager and good service. It's shameful to believe that a business operates 2 miles outside of Ft Gordon's Main gate with this type of ambiguity. This is not how you win new clients. My daughter told me that she was actually happy to not go back to the Maysfield location. She complained to the management the last time she was there getting an oil change that a large rat scurried across the waiting room floor. She said the clerk simply laughed at her. read more

Been a loyal Goodyear customer for years in Greenville,sc. Then I move here and notice my car is making a funny noise and I take it to Goodyear, they quote me at $1000 to fix it. When I get it back it's still making the noise and they tell me it's actually a dif part making the noise and I'd have to replace that too for another couple hundred bucks. Needless to say they officially ruined my opinion of Goodyear and I won't be coming back ever again. read more

Impeccable customer service. I was helped immediately upon entering the shop. My car was done in under an hour for a flat/nail removal tire repair... And their prices are much more reasonable than NTB who quoted me almost 50$ for a repair!! I definitely recommend this shop, they are staffed well; they have great customer service and fair prices!
