We arrived to get an oil change at 3:30. There was only one car in the bay and two empty ones. We sat there, they brought water twice, and then another car pulls up. They immediately pull them into an empty bay. We are still patiently waiting. Another car pulls up and as we are still waiting to be pulled in they pull a third car in the empty bay. The workers kept staring but no one ever came to apologize or explain. We finally ended up leaving and going to express oil change. Kudos to take 5. More like take your damn time. read more

Went in for an oil change and was greeted with smiles and water. Wait time was short and Angel gathered our information while Shylyn got us positioned. In addition to checking all the fluids and filling my wiper fluid, it was discovered that my coolant was practically non-existent so that got fixed. I was impressed with their professional attitude. Brought my husband's car here for an oil change. We pull up and wait maybe 5 minutes for our turn. While waiting, Duncan comes out, says hello, offers us water bottles and asks what we're here for. He noticed our little one in the car and asks if he wanted fruit snacks and we said sure. I think it's great they offer you little snacks for while you're waiting, even though the wait isn't long. Duncan helps us pull our car up so it's over the little pit to catch the older oil. Desmond is who helps change the oil and has a little nerding out moment with my husband over Star Wars, lol. The oil is changed very quickly, our wiper fluid is complimentarily topped off, and Duncan shows us that the oil is at a safe level before heading to payment. They offer 25% off for active duty for oil changes. That was a big drop in price, and I'm a fan of a quick and efficient oil change on top of a short wait in general. read more

I always hate having to get my oil changed. It takes so long! But not at Take 5, I didn't have to get out of the car nor did I have to wait for over an hour to have my car looked at. I pulled in and they asked me about my tire pressure, washer fluid and topped everything off while also changing my oil. This was a great oil change experience and I'll definitely return. read more

Service was good and quick. The guy that helped me was pretty good but all the rest of those employees there they kinda need to watch their language. They was dropping the F bomb every few words and there was actually a woman beside me getting her oil changed. The social media site for this store at 3131 Washington Road, Augusta, GA stated that the store was operating Holiday hours on Christmas Eve until 3 pm. I arrived for an oil change at 2:05 pm . All bay doors were open and one car was over pit in one bay. I was quickly told by the worker that the store was closed and then the worker began closing the bay doors. I drove 20 minutes for this service and was turned away. Not good customer service to say the least. I will no longer be a customer. read more

Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. It's called take 5 because they don't even take the time to put your skid plate screws back on. I got about 10 minutes up the road before it fell off. I took my car back for them to fix it, their solution was to ziptie it back on, and have me order replacement screws. No problem. The manager even said the next oil change is free because it was their fault. Fast forward to today. I go and try to redeem my "free oil change" I'm met with hostility as soon as I pull in. The guy said Mike Miller doesn't even work here anymore so you aren't getting a free oil change. Even if he did I wouldn't give you a free oil change because the free oil changes come from the owner and there ain't even any owners here. Of course I'm a bit taken aback by the absolute rudeness, but I asked if there was a manager I could speak with to explain my side. He called over "Mike" ( I guess a different mike) and the manager waved him off. He never came over to speak with me. The worker was like how long ago was this even?! It legit was my last oil change. Needless to say, if you wanna get screwed over, this is the place to do it.... I am so frustrated about the whole situation. I usually dread going to oil change shops because I am a female lol. This place was so fast and the workers were so kind!! I think the man's name who rang me up was named Zach. He handed me a water as I pulled in, didn't force any specific oil on me, and pointed out my air filter needed changed. To change my filter was only $25 and I knew it was time anyway! While I waited, workers also washed my windshield and Zach pulled out some leaves and dirt from where my defroster intakes air and let me know it would work better now. To top it off, take 5 was offering a coupon of $18 off an oil change. That's amazing! The service was great and I can't recommend this place enough - especially because I was in and out in less that 15 minutes!! 10/10. These guys were great. read more
