I had to leave it overnight due to being expected at another event and not having anyone to help me get it started until the next day. On Sunday, I went back to the car and with the help of a family member was able to get it going. While this was happening, my dad was calling around every auto repair shop in town to see who could fix a car on a Sunday since I had to be back in my actual town on Monday. Unfortunately no one had the part needed in stock, but this Goodyear - and the technician, Will, who worked with us - was more than happy to fix it immediately when the part became available. I dropped it off Sunday and knew that first thing Monday morning they'd be working on it. They were wonderful about communicating with me - I called in the morning to get a time estimate, which they happily gave. Later, they found out the part would take longer for delivery and they immediately called to let me know. Once the car was done, they called me right away. I went to pick it up and everything was perfect - I was able to get back on the road for my two hour drive with full confidence. I know this is long, but I wanted to share the story - their positive attitudes and willingness to help really made a big difference to me in what was a very stressful situation. Will and the team at the store were always friendly and always informative. If I ever need a repair in Augusta again, I'm coming straight here.

After having the vehicle inspected, it was determined that inadequate oil was added to the engine, which directly caused catastrophic engine failure. An oil change is basic maintenance, and failing to add the proper amount of oil is unacceptable and negligent. This was not a pre-existing issue--my engine was functioning normally before the service. Now I'm facing extremely costly repairs that could have been entirely avoided if this shop had done its job correctly. I attempted to address this with the business, but accountability and resolution were lacking. Management has been extremely unhelpful and unwilling to take responsibility for what clearly stemmed from their service. I would strongly caution anyone considering this location: a simple oil change should not destroy your engine. I deeply regret trusting this shop with my vehicle.

Daniel, and they confirmed that they had the tires, that they would honor the quote, and that they could get the tires and alignment done in a reasonable time.
