However, when arriving to pay and pick up the car, $200 more was added to the bill for the service that was initially part of the original quote price. Needless to say, we voiced our disapproval and left. Upon arriving home, we received a call in which they apologized for not communicating the changes with us in line with their standard business practices. They explained this is not how they built their reputation and promptly refunded our credit card. Kudos for putting the customer first, it's that kind of excellent customer services in the face of a trying situation that will keep us coming back.

They are very honest and their prices are always reasonable. They never try to upsell which is honestly (for me), THE thing most people get so stressed about when visiting a repair/service center. The service team leaves our vehicle exactly as they found it with no worries about grease or dirt (other than ours, haha). We truly appreciate them and any time someone says they need tires or work done, we tell them to try this Tyler's location. Word of mouth recommendations beats out paid for advertising every time! Anyone who complains about them having the vehicle for more than a day, sometimes 2 - apparently watches too much Harry Potter! These guys are truly awesome, but they're not magicians. I would much rather someone take their time with my repair/install than to rush it because someone in the lobby is raging about them having their car for 3 hours and it not being done yet... just saying. The paint and body work was so bad and poorly checked over that the truck had to be sent back twice. From paint on the chrome part of the door handles, crooked emblems, dent not being fixed on the initial repair or even in the second (finally fixed on third), fender flair bulging off of the fender, bad orange peel, polish left on the mirror, trash left in the bed of the truck, they took of the bed cover and instead of putting it back on they left it in the bed of the truck. This wasn't a rush job as they had the truck for a month. EVERYONE including the painter, the body repair guy, the person who quality checks it, and the service advisor Christopher should all be fired. I've had quite a few cars repaired (unfortunately) and this has hands down been the worse experience, and poorest quality work I have ever seen.

I went here because I've had a low pressure light on in my car and suspected a nail in the tire…read more They were close by and could get me in before a road trip so I first tried to go without an appointment but since I had my toddler with me and there was going to be a wait, the guy heading things up scheduled me for a spot later in the day when I wouldn't have to wait as long. I appreciated that a lot and came back, but they realized the nail in the tire is in a place they can't patch, and he said they don't do plugs at their shop. He didn't charge me for any of this and actually told me of a couple other places I could try IF I wanted to try a plug versus just getting a new tire right away (the tire still had lots of life left on it). I ended up trying the plug and so far so good, but I likely will go back to Mavis when it's time to get a new tire altogether. One star off because their waiting area isn't great and when you offer services that require more of a wait like they do, they really need a better waiting area. With a toddler it's hard to keep them from touching outlets or gross surfaces. Otherwise a fine experience.

I was treated warmly when entering and told to bring my dog in while waiting. She even gave her treats and belly rubs. The technician took my keys to drive the truck to the shop for an estimate. He returned less than 10 minutes later and I joked that he must be finished. HE WAS!!!!! They did not try to gouge me with the industry standard and simply charged me for the bulb. I reminded them that I did not live in the area so no repeat business opportunities. They simply laughed and said that would be it. My Air Suspension system was, what I thought malfunctioning, and in need of a replacement. They ran a bunch of diagnostic tests, and determined there was nothing wrong with the air suspension at all. They could have charged me anything, yet chose to be HONEST! They only charged a reasonable diagnostic charge and sent me on my way. Quick in and out oil change…read more Quality service with a good checkout of the vehicle (tires, fluids, wipers) while changing the oil. We have never had a problem with service here. They are our go to location for oil changes. Good value and good service.
