I'm giving this business 4 stars instead of 3, because they actually do a good job. It just takes them forever. With the first vehicle, they messed up and had to do it again, but stuff happens, so okay. It was a big black SUV and there was extensive tree damage so I bought it. This time, my car was there to fix the front bumper/fender and it was the same thing. My car was there for THIRTY days, with weekly emails saying when it would be ready, only for the date to keep changing. That, to me, is kind of unacceptable. As I said, they do good work and get it right, which I appreciate, and the girls in the office are nice, but if you're renting a car ($$$) or depending on a family member to help you out, make sure they have lots of patience, because you're gonna wait! *I don't think it' was a coincidence that the car wouldn't start the next day after getting it home. The battery was dead and we had to purchase a new one.

My truck was driven by employees to another shop and they reported to peers that they felt a "shutter" but just said it must be the sound of the large tires on the vehicle. I have video of the incident on the interstate showing the transmission had no issues at all until my vehicle was driven without permission from Classic to another shop by upper management. The estimator was helpful here but BEWARE before you send your vehicle here because upper management is outright nasty and the quality of work was very poor. They sent it back with a transmission halfway gone and suspension component bolts so loose you can move with your fingers. Reported all to classic and they blamed everyone but themselves before going silent. I'm pursuing legal action against this business. Don't make the mistake I did. Take Your Car Elsewhere if you don't want it torn up and driven without any permission. Also reporting to the Better Business Bureau. BEWARE!!!

One of the "brothers" was intoxicated? and should not have been operating heavy machinery. There was one point were i thought the altercation was going to get physical...im a 115 lb woman, and did not feel safe in that atmosphere. When he finally brought my car around, after a lot of shouting and cursing, he had been petty and messed up my car clock. I had an overall awful experience, didn't get my money back, and had to take my car somewhere else, which cost about the same to fix it. If you can help it, don't go here, awful, sexist atmosphere!!

To say he pays attention to detail is an understatement of epic proportion. Being new to the area, I took a chance on his shop that hasn't been around long and has no reviews and it was the best decision I could have made. He thinks of EVERYTHING and wants to make sure his customer is satisfied with his work. He uses the finest products too, I'm so used to my car being detailed and slipping on my new, shiny seats and running boards, but not with his products; everything looks amazing and shiny without the cheap feel of it being slick and slimy. My only complaint would be that he cleaned my back window too good and I checked nearly 10 times on the way home to make sure I hadn't rolled my back window down because it looked as if it wasn't there. Weeks of no communication and me having to continuously call to try to get someone on the phone to give me info. I was told they are still trying to find the problem. after 3 months of very little and difficult to have communication, I was told that they couldn't figure it out and for me to come get it and just pay for the part. that was fine until I got there to get the truck. they had it sitting out back for so long that the battery (less than a year old) was dead and there were so many leaves on it I couldn't see the bed liner. The truck barely ran when i got which is 10x worse than when I gave it to them. Also, to top things off it appears that someone use the tailgate as a cutting board, because it has a ton of gouges in it. basically after 3 months of no communication I got my truck back with a dead battery, running way worse, gouges in my tailgate, and still had to pay them. if i had the choice of setting the truck on fire or let them work on it id choose the fire. the truck wouldn't be drivable either way but at least the fire would be faster

I get up there I was told that I have to pay for another one, they are not and my warranty isn't going to cover it. So basically, if anything goes wrong while I am paying you almost $400 a month I have to still pay to get repairs and the equipment. So, I told them I will bring there equipment back and be done with it. Ok, cool is what the employee tells me. Be mindful I just made my payment two days agonizing Thursday that was due on Friday. Today is Saturday. So I ask do I get my monies back cause I paid and I am not using the equipment. I was told no, we keep that money. So to everyone please don't go here.
