While RV wheels weren't a specialty for Wheel Source as their focus is cars and trucks, Jerry was happy to help me just the same. He looked at my damaged rim, called RV manufacturer to determine a suitable replacement and delivered a part number and dealer. Jerry was patient, understanding, and very helpful in attempting to help me solve my problem. He also offered advice on what to be considerate of for my replacement rim. I had a very good experience a few weeks ago with wheel source and would recommend them to people I know to mount aftermarket wheels. Had a few issues with trying to get my wheels mounted but the people there were very professional and asked me before they did anything. It seemed like my truck was giving them some issues with the alignment but they went out the way to make sure it was good even though they were working after closing. Very good experience I will be back to get tire rotation done because I definitely trust them more with my wheels than the dealership. read more

Had a nail in my tire and come to find out that the tire had a bubble in it and was starting to separate. They had a quality used tire and even put the car on the rack to see if I had a bent rim which was causing the vibration in the rear of my car. Very professional and friendly in my opinion. Got a good price quote on some new tires,and I will make sure they get my business. Overall a great experience. Honestly is something that is hard to find in today's world and especially in the tire service industry, no bait & switch or up-sell goin on here!! I wouldn't go anywhere else at this point. We were on our way to an out-of-state memorial service when someone dropped their ladder on I-26, hitting my brother's vehicle and damaging his right front rim. We drove to two different places in Columbia looking for a replacement (hoping to get back on the road that day) before finding Wheel Source. Not only were the guys at Wheel Source helpful and courteous, but they worked to get us a fix so we could continue our trip, despite having to order the correct rim from the manufacturer. Included in their extremely reasonable price was a temporary rim and tire that were a good fit, the correct rim and tire (shipped directly to my brother's house), and their labor. THE WORST PLACE EVER!!!!!! All I needed was a tire and it took these people 4 days to fix my tire!!!!!!! Then I called they said it'll be a hour I go there 3 hours later to pick it up and STILL NOT READY WTF!!!!! Never will go there again and that's a fact! read more

Purchased four tires from Wheel Source in January 2018, Slow leak in one a few weeks ago, Stopped by Wheel Source on July 22nd, They checked the tire and informed me that there was a nail in the sweet spot and the tire had to be replaced and they would order one and should have it by July 24 at noon, Called them, No tire, Should be there Friday July 26, Called, No tire, I don't think they ever ordered it. Went to Mavis Discount tire on Woodrow street, Irmo SC Monday July 29, Not only did they have the tire but they replaced it the same day. Still haven't heard from Wheel Source. Mavis has a new customer, Wheel source has lost one. read more

My wife and I were driving in Orangeburg, SC when we hit an unmarked median. The wheel was bent and the tire was no longer able to hold air. With a spare donut, we made it to Wheel Source with no appointment and desperate for a repair or replacement to continue on our travels. We were immediately greeted by JD. This gentleman assessed the damage on the wheel and referenced his inventory to see what he could do to help. When he learned that he did not have the specialized wheel, he reached out to other local shops and even shops along the way of our travels to give us our best option. With no luck, he offered to keep the damaged wheel and repair it if time and damage allowed. Within three hours, we received a call from JD with news that he was able to repair the wheel and salvage the tire. When we arrived back at Wheel Source, JD had us look over his craftsmanship and then promptly switched out the donut for the newly fixed wheel and tire. JD is professional, knowledgeable and took the time to ensure that we had a outstanding experience from start to finish. I have been to Wheel Source countless times over a number of years. I think they are a great local business. Besides the fact that it is a local business, every time I go in I notice a few things. The people there are hardworking, honest, and they care about customer service. I know that when I go see them with an issue on my vehicle the information they give me will be accurate and if I ask them about something that they don't specialize in they refer me to a local company that does.
