Super bad experience…read more I recently had a highly disappointing experience at Bowen's Collision. From the start, the customer service was subpar. It felt like they weren't interested in listening to my concerns or offering any real assistance. The staff was unresponsive and unhelpful, which set a bad tone for the entire process. The quality of the repair work was shockingly poor. The car was returned with visible flaws, like misaligned panels and a paint job that didn't match the rest of the vehicle. It seemed rushed and sloppy, as if no care was put into ensuring a proper fix. When I raised these issues, they were dismissive, giving excuses instead of taking responsibility. Moreover, the timeline for repairs was much longer than promised, and the lack of communication made it worse. I was left in the dark for days, having to constantly chase updates. They didn't seem to prioritize my vehicle or my time. Overall, Bowen's Collision failed in both service and repair quality, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone looking for reliable or professional service. paint drpping who's paint the car I think he's don't know anything but paint car body filler putty on all the edges . Broken the rear door lock too many issues I wish I can give less than one star bad bad bad body shop . I wish stay with GARBIS body shop and never try Bowen's

He called them up and described the damage - scraped plastic bumper, and they said maybe $225. My friend's car - the one I backed into - was due for an assessment from an insurance person due to a totally different accident about a month ago, and he had her look at my damage. She said probably $500 parts, $500 labor b/c she noticed a neighboring metal part over the wheel well that was slightly bent. Well, we pulled up to Wood's today, and spoke with Mr. Wood's son...Trey I think it was...and he came out to do an estimate. Over the next 10 minutes, we watched him fix the minor scratches, and bend the metal piece over the wheel back into place. I said, "So...is this part of the estimate?" "Nah, this is really minor, and if you can avoid painting the bumper, that's best." "Well, how much do I owe you then for fixing it?" "Nothin'." I pressed, but he insisted, and then I just laughed and thanked him enthusiastically! My friend may very well have the other damage (much more significant) from the previous accident fixed there! These guys are amazing: Good work, and treat the customer well, as you can see! Give them all your business, highest recommendation! (Does not accept Debit or Credit cards)

My husband was told one price to complete the repairs, then the mother called my husband and asked for his insurance contact information, which she had no right to do that being that my husband already spoke with our insurance company about the amount that would be paid to complete the work. My husband already made a deal with the son on how much he would charge to complete the work. Then not only that the son kept my husbands truck for over three weeks. When my husband tried contacting the son he kept pushing the fact that he need more money to complete repairs. My husband stopped by the shop and gave him a down payment for him to start the job. Then it turned out to be another issue after that. My husband was so upset with the son that he threatened to come and get the truck and take it someplace else. The son then stated that it would not be necessary for him to to pick up the truck and that he would repair the truck for the price they had agreed upon.It was just so much back and forth with this repair shop. All I can say the customer service sucks and the mother was very unprofessional. If you want your vehicle repaired don't take it here.

I called multiple times to find out whether the repair would be covered before bringing my vehicle back in. After my fourth call, I was again told, "I'll call you back," but no one ever did. At that point, I took my vehicle somewhere else. I will not use this business again. Between the repeated repairs, additional charges, and lack of follow-up or communication, I found the experience very unprofessional.
