I spoke with General Manager Diane Kitchen and within 7-10 days she had resolved my issue. Ryan was the worker there that had assisted me when I had to have my front bumper area repaired. I noticed that my mud flaps were damaged after I got my car back. Ryan gave me the run around for 10 months. When I spoke with Mrs. Diane Kitchen, she solved my problem immediately! Mud flaps painted and reinstalled. Note: I did have to pay, but I just wanted them fixed. Absolutely terrible location. The front desk woman and the repair techs are absolutely wonderful, super friendly and helpful. My vehicle was taken in for damage repair. Two weeks later when I went to pick it up the damage was not completely repaired. I spoke to my contact he was super apologetic and said they'd get it fixed right away and even said he'd make the call to get me another rental car. He was wonderful. The problem began once he went to get what appeared to be the shop manager. GT as he was called came and offered to fix it, took the truck into the shop and came back reversing it into place (this will be important later) only to refuse to fix the damage. He said it was unrelated to the accident, but was from some other mystery accident that never took place. I gave up and took my vehicle home. Only to find that the reverse sensors were damaged in the vehicle. Whenever it was put into reverse a loud alarm went off saying I was hitting something. GT a manage of a major chain shop somehow didn't notice this loud obnoxious alarm when he intentionally backed the vehicle up so I wouldn't notice it? TLDR Shop personnel is awesome and super friendly but help back by terrible management who refuses to do his job. Would never go back and will have to take my truck somewhere else to get the repair work done that should have been done the first time there Edit: After expressing my concerns through a corporate complaint I was contacted by the same individual who I had the original bad experience with. Not only did he not apologize, offer any solution or do anything else to attempt to solve the problem he berated me for 15 minutes before hanging up having not listened to any concern. I would still love to speak to someone about my terrible customer service experience other than GT. Whose only concern appears to be explaining why he's right instead of listening to my actual concern. Edit #2 After GT The manager of killian rd caliber collision continually blamed all of the issues on progressive the insurance company finally contacted me directly. Progressive was very helpful and informed me that not only did they approve the repair that would have solved the problem GT personally over road their recommendation and didn't fix the problem as the estimate allowed for. He personally caused the issue of my truck not being repaired to satisfaction and blamed everyone from his own staff to progressive. Progressive was so helpful after the fact and saw how much of an ass that he was they've agreed to pay for the repairs to be redone as originally they were suppose to be done to fix all of the issues. For some reason unbeknownst to me GT has not only caused all of my issues. Refused to fix my issues, and blamed everyone but himself. Thankfully the insurance company saw him for what he is which is a lying, unprofessional, and downright rude manager and is making it right anyway at a different repair facility. read more

Caliber Collision on Killian Rd is the real deal. I have never ever, ever had such a wonderful experience getting my car repaired. They treat you well and keep you well informed from start to finish and in between. Heck the service advisor Taylor Johnson became my new friend! Lol. I would get a status update (pretty much daily) via text and shortly a call from ole Taylor to give me all the details. Truly A+ service not only from Taylor but the office personnel. There were no surprises or occasions for worry. My car came back to me like brand new. Caliber Collision and USAA really took care of me when I came in for repairs. I was fortunate that they are approved by USAA. I dropped in for an estimate, and within an hour had repairs approved and scheduled as well as a rental car all set up. The staff was friendly and helpful, even letting me hand them my rental car keys (and leave them the rental car) after I went in to pick up my vehicle. The repair looked great, and they kept me updated on the progress through texts. The waiting area had comfortable seating and offered coffee. The only negative is the log and small ditch you have to drive over to get to a parking spot. My car is low to the ground, and it made me nervous that I would need more repairs after driving through that. If they could just get some dirt and smooth out the driveway, the experience would have been perfect. read more

I went to this specific Caliber Collision on Killian just to get a simple quote for some work done on my car. I was immediately told that a quote has to be scheduled through my insurance and they were unable to provide me with that info. I asked well what if I'm paying for the repairs out of pocket, I was informed that they don't accept out of pocket repairs because they're so busy. I asked what does that have to do with a quote and me paying for repairs? The receptionist had no answer. I assured her that I was more than willing to pay for the repairs and she informed me they were just oh so backed up. When I finally told her who my insurance company was, she then informed me that they don't accept my insurance! For them being so highly rated and regaled for their work they sure don't accept much of it! Why would I not want to take my car to someone as reputable as caliber collision only for them to refuse service because they discriminate against insurance providers and won't even allow the motorist to pay for their own repairs out of pocket! read more

My driver's brake light was not working properly due to a crack in the light. A lot of water and moisture caused the brake light stop working. The gentle at the Columbia-Killian Road came out and told be what I need to do and he also replace it once I purchase the light. Such friendly and quick service they provided. I then went to Lexus and they sent me over here to Caliber. Their service and professionalism are top notch. We got our original repair at a CC in west Texas and it had to be done twice. When we got to the east coast and our van got rained on we realized that our repair was still not complete because water had been accumulating in the tailgate of our van and draining out of places it shouldn't. We also were leaving the country in less than a week and so we called. They not only had us come in right away, they had a reservation for a rental in the process when we got there. As we waited for the rental to come the people at Caliber, from the manager on, got to work and were able to fix the few things that had been done incorrectly or incompletely in west Texas. They also ran tests to make sure that it was in fact repaired. All of this was done in the fifteen minutes we were waiting for the rental.
