When I went to have the work done, Jamie and his colleague Crystal lined up an Enterprise rental for me, complete with Enterprise pick up at the shop. My car work was done the next day, ahead of when Jamie had promised, and not only does it look beautiful, they washed my car and cleaned the interior, too. Another very nice touch is I was able to leave the car rental at the shop when I got my car, and they handled getting it picked up for me. Very convenient. The customer service was way better than all the other shops I've worked with before and the quality of the work is superb. Highly recommend!

I got a couple estimates from a couple shops around the area (one body shop quoted me $600+ labor to replace the bumper). I also requested a quote from Newlook. I got the quote within 24 hours and set up the appointment right away. Price wasn't cheap, but totally worth it in the end. The level of communication and customer service that Dan and his team provide is unsurpassed. He laid out every step in the process for me, and the results speak for themselves. I ended up going with the premium service, because like I said, I wanted that bumper to be just as pristine as when I bought it. I'm glad I did! I highly recommend Newlook Body works for any imperfections in your vehicle. If I ever need work done in the future (which I hopefully won't), I would not hesitate to reach out to Dan again.

At $2500, this was definitely not a cheap repair, but Cottman did good work with quality parts, and it was darn sure cheaper than the stealership. PS - If you see the doggies, don't worry. The center console compartment, glove box, and, her bag in the trunk had all been rummaged through. Fortunately, I had removed anything of real value. In addition, somebody else's phone charger was plugged into the center console. The vehicle had been left with a full tank of gas. When picked up, there was only one quarter tank of gas left. They had clearly been using our vehicle during the time they had it, a span of six days.

Oil changes, brake work, most recently a battery change. The work done was great, with high-quality customer service and fair prices. But you could find all those statements on any other auto repair shop review, so here's the difference... I really enjoy going there. The atmosphere is relaxed, the people there are approachable and friendly. Talking about my car's needs is like talking to a concerned friend rather than a mysterious expert looking to book your business. Minnies Auto does good work, plain and simple. They do it with a refreshing spirit and attitude. And that makes a difference when I'm spending my hard-earned dollars. Give'm a shot. I promise they won't disappoint.

I typically don't leave reviews on places even if they aren't so great, but unfortunately Bros/Docs…read moreis an exception. I could easily get over the failure to properly communicate with me and update me on my vehicle. But knowing that I would receive a call saying I could come and get my car and then maybe an hour later I would receive another call saying that my car now suddenly has a leak that sure wasn't there when I brought it to Bros is another thing. Then when I went to see my car after a week, I was only faced with men talking down to me. I had one gentleman tell me that "if I had known as much as he does about cars, I would have thrown my car away at 50,000 miles." And then, when discussing the NEW issue my car has, the same gentleman would then make a joke to his buddies about how he "doesn't even want to know how much this will cost her." I end up leaving and bringing my MALE friend to help so the people at Docs would actually listen to what I'm asking. They finally agree, and Doc tells me he will look at my car FOR FREE now. He says he will for sure call the next day. He does not. I get a call two days later telling me what's wrong with my car and how much it will cost. 80-160 for the part and 140 AN HOUR for work (minimum 4-hour job). I say no, I'm going to just buy the part and get the work done elsewhere. Jeff tells me that I will have to pay for the work they did for the new issue even though I was told (and the only reason I let them look at it again) it would be free. He says he is in charge of billing and says I have to pay even though the man whose name is on the building told me I wouldn't. I then just go to get my car TOWED away because it can't drive with it gushing out coolant... They then refuse to put my car back together unless I pay more because, according to Jeff, he already paid a guy 75 to take it apart. Photos are of what my car is supposed to look like vs. the condition I had to take it back in because they insisted on trying to shake my pockets empty. And the best part is the part that ranges 80-160 wasn't even the cause of the leak like they said. It was the $20 hose. So not only did they want to charge an insane price for the work on my car, but they misdiagnosed my vehicle, and then they ACTUALLY DIDN'T EVEN FIX THE ORIGINAL ISSUE WITH MY VEHICLE LIKE THEY SAID. It is STILL cutting on and draining my battery as well as the NEW leak. Do not even bother going to Bros if you want something done fast and efficiently because they are also so backed up that they cannot even bother doing things correctly. And this is really just the short version. I left out plenty of details. Might post a more detailed explanation of happenings in Lexington later.
