Two hours of cleaning and still finding more. On further inspection, over spray red paint on my black bumper, residue I couldn't remove on panels and inside light cover. Brought the car back in, cleaned off the residue and paint, but left my front leather seat covered in white dust. Sloppy, sloppy work! The person I was working with told me that she "was just so busy with the holiday and other things." Really! I am the customer. Without me you wouldn't be in business. Everyone is busy, and July 4th was over a week ago. What does that have to do with delivering a good product? Never Gerber again!

I got a couple estimates from a couple shops around the area (one body shop quoted me $600+ labor to replace the bumper). I also requested a quote from Newlook. I got the quote within 24 hours and set up the appointment right away. Price wasn't cheap, but totally worth it in the end. The level of communication and customer service that Dan and his team provide is unsurpassed. He laid out every step in the process for me, and the results speak for themselves. It's the oldest dump full of rusty ancient tools and machines. NOTHING state of the art. Only take your vehicle here if you want the old man inside to be rude to you or if you want your vehicle returned to you worst than before your accident. Their level of repairs are unsatisfactory to say the least. They kept my car longer than they said and when I went to pick it up it had blue paint on my black car and air pockets in the dried paint. Of course, I had to leave it ANOTHER day so they could as they stated, "make it right." They only made their messy repairs worse. If I could give this so-called auto body repair shop a negative rating, I would. By the way, when I showed the old man that sits at the desk inside, different spots left on my black vehicle, he spit on it to remove the spots. I was floored!!!!!!! I ask the guy if he would look at it before he did he went on about how backed up they were and wouldn't be able to do anything til 8-12 weeks out so I still asked that he just take a quick look at it. He did and told me to hold on a min. He went to find the right screw twice laid on the ground in the direct sunlight and fixed my bumper. She set me ordered my part and got me in for an appointment that week. The team was able to work with my schedule and was never impatient. When I got to the shop Shannon was there and greeted me and made me feel welcome and comfortable. I had my 3 month old, 4 year old, and my 9 year old with me and we waited in the waiting room with no problem. The technician was friendly and got the job done in no time!
