My partner caught a flat tire not too far from the shop and decided to go there to have it repaired…read moreupon entry. She knew that it would be a place that I would absolutely love so I went back a few weeks later and had my tire repaired! Customer service is absolutely amazing! upon entering, it is a plant oasis. Just my vibe! Exceptionally clean and smells delightful! They even have a coffee bar !!!! service was done quick and speedy and to say I would definitely be back thank you!

I'd still give Minnie's 5 stars because they care enough about the experience you have there while…read morethey take care of your car and you by default. They hands down are extremely empathetic and caring. My second visit happened bc I had a check engine light come on in my 2013 Prius V. Took it to Minnie's bc I was so impressed w the first visit which was just a basic oil change. This was on a Monday and they were booked til Friday so I set the appointment and came back later. They did a full inspection and determined the issue was a failing coolant pump on the electric side. They said they found no leaks etc. They detailed what the issue was and what the fix was. I'm definitely impressed w how they break down what they do into digestible bite sized bits for non-car folks. They offered I could pick up the car and pay the diagnostic/inspection fee of $50. Said they didn't have the high voltage equipment to work on the car and advised go to a specialist. Lucky for me I do have one ( Woodards in Florence, I just moved here from there. ). They work on hybrids and electric so I took it there. The only grip I'd have is that I did ask if Minnie's handles hybrids. I believe I was told yes and the person ( the owner ) stated they drive a hybrid Camery. Maybe I should have said "work on the electric side of hybrids bc I could have dropped it at Woodards 60 miles away but I'd rather pump money into a reliable, friendly place. Not sure I'll be back. I'd still highly recommend if you drive an ice car tho. The staff and ambiance of the place cannot be beat.

I get my oil changes through OpenBay which is a third party agency of a popular Rideshare company…read more Last month was a struggle with the front office staff as my oil change was the first one they have done through them. The young lady who worked that day should get a raise for her patience with her team and the process of booking/paying for the oil change. To avoid the hiccups again, we agreed to call before making the appointment, get an appointment time slot and book it (through OpenBay) for the agreed upon time. Easy... no problem. This month, I called, spoke to Mike who talked over me the entire time. He interrupted me to state they don't do oil changes through Rideshare. He continued to interrupt and argue with me while I explained the ordeal last month. He finally stopped talking enough to tell me to just bring it in and they'd work me in. How Infuriating ! I knew it was going to be a problem. So I booked it a day out hoping that would give them some time to work me in to their schedule. Nope! I was wrong. Today, Mike continued to talk over me stating repeatedly that they don't do appointments. When he finally STOPPED TALKING LONG ENOUGH FOR ME TO SAY IT WAS A RIDESHARE request, he said they have a few cars in front of me and I'd have to leave it. What is the point of the appointment. He did not listen to anything I said; not this month and not last month. He repeatedly stated they don't do appointments. I said ok I can't wait all day for an oil change which is why I made the appointment so can I reschedule my oil change for another day. No...I cannot. They do appointments but they will squeeze you in after the cars they already have. Ok great. I'm not arguing with someone who lacks communication skills and problem solving skills. I started to ask if I could just reschedule for when they open when he talked over me for the last time. I said don't worry about it. I'm good. There is a variety of companies out here doing oil changes, with or without the Rideshare bonuses, for me to argue over a $100 service. I'm good. I do not recommend

I know it was on the car when they started working on it, because I hand washed all the tires and wheels the previous week. Considering how long the service took, I highly suspect they spent a lot of time looking for it. Never said a word to me, just left a note. Not trustworthy behavior!
