They did call me to confirm the work before they did it which I think is really considerate. After leaving, I went home and googled everything that they did and I genuinely feel like they gave me the services and parts at a fair price. I took my truck in because I'm about to move across the country. You know hauling all of my stuff so I wanted to make sure my truck could make it. I chose this place because of the other amazing yelp reviews. Now I 100% feel better and safer going on this journey thanks to this shop!

Honesty and professional car service and repair is greatly appreciated by me.

Oil changes, brake work, most recently a battery change. The work done was great, with high-quality customer service and fair prices. But you could find all those statements on any other auto repair shop review, so here's the difference... I really enjoy going there. The atmosphere is relaxed, the people there are approachable and friendly. Talking about my car's needs is like talking to a concerned friend rather than a mysterious expert looking to book your business. Minnies Auto does good work, plain and simple. They do it with a refreshing spirit and attitude. And that makes a difference when I'm spending my hard-earned dollars. Give'm a shot. I promise they won't disappoint.

I called this tire shop to ask about getting a tire issue looked at, and the experience was…read morehonestly pretty shocking. Over the phone, I explained what kind of car I have and asked if they could help. The person on the line basically dismissed me and said they don't work on cars like mine because it's "too cheap." It was incredibly rude and unprofessional to judge a customer's car like that, especially without even seeing it in person. I was just looking for help with a tire problem, not someone's opinion about the value of my vehicle. Customer service over the phone should at least be respectful, but instead I felt talked down to and brushed off. If a shop is going to turn customers away because they think their car isn't worth their time, that says a lot about how they treat people. I ended up calling another shop that had no problem helping me. Definitely wouldn't recommend calling this place unless you want to be judged for what you drive. IF I COULD LEAVE 0 STARS I WOULD.

I found Turnage Auto Care through Yelp and made the appointment right through the Yelp app. Tyler messaged me and set everything up. Aaron greeted me right as I arrived and got the process started. While changing the oil they inspected my car and found a few issues with the tires I mostly knew about. He offered to send a quote to replace one or all tires & TPMS sensors ( which my 13 yr old car was needing ) I liked that they quote through a text link so you can see the cost and everything associated with the repair. You can decline the service or accept it. We talked about tires and sensors and ultimately decided to go with a better tire than quoted. They priced the cost and labor very competitively and I approved the service. There was no pressure at all during this transaction. Just information and options. I definitely was happy to find Turnage Auto Care, Tyler and Aaron. I'll be bringing both of my Hybrids to them from now on!
