They tried to insinuate that I did not communicate the right address, but this is not true. I had already ordered the tire to be sent to the specific address that I told them. They refused to take the car to the proper shop without my paying a second towing fee. Do not use this company, as they do not own up to their own mistakes. They either have incompetent dispatchers or lazy workers.

The center console compartment, glove box, and, her bag in the trunk had all been rummaged through. Fortunately, I had removed anything of real value. In addition, somebody else's phone charger was plugged into the center console. The vehicle had been left with a full tank of gas. When picked up, there was only one quarter tank of gas left.
