I bought a car from Carvana in February. I brought the car here a couple days later to be inspected. The techs here found a couple issues and fixed them. They were great! The next month I started hearing a weird sound and brought my car back. The techs quickly determined my compressor was dying and my evap line was leaking. They put in a warranty request for me, however, because it's an Audi the work needed to be done at the dealership for such an extensive replacement. The dealership service techs were not able to find any issues with the car and sent me on my way for the next couple visits where I was adamant there was an issue, but was assured my car was 100% okay. Fast forward to July- my compressor locked, snapped the belt, and everything needed to be replaced. Had to have my car towed to the dealership and ended up on the side of the highway, 8 months pregnant, with my 1.5 year old son for 4 hours- two weeks after my car's warranty expired. Long story short dealership kept my car for 2 weeks while I argued the $3,000 fix since they WERE NOT able to find an issue that this firestone found within an hour of dropping my car off in March. The workers at this firestone KNOW THEIR STUFF. They're friendly, reliable, and I wouldn't trust anyone else with your car. My advisor was Logan and tech was Edmond. Highly recommend these two!! We will certainly be coming back. My husband looked around at a bunch of different tire places in the area and this one seemed to be the best for quality of service and for our budget. We had a nail in one of our tires and needed to replace the 2 on the passenger side, we really need all 4 but are waiting on the other 2. My husband scheduled an appointment, I was able to reschedule it easily for a better fitting time for me. The location itself is very clean and sharp. I used to work for an oil change company and they would be jealous of the location, both for how it looks and how it's run. All of the employees were extremely kind and helpful. From the moment I walked in the door, there wasn't a time I didn't feel like I was being assisted. One of the guys recommended the other two tires being replaced soon as well which I highly appreciated. There were about 5 others who came in before me and I was only sitting down for maybe 30 minutes before they gave me my keys back with 2 new tires and a rotation. Brought my auto in for a front left tire flat. Asked to replace this tire if needed and check my front right tire for a small leak. Was called and told front right tire had a slash on the back side and needed to be replaced. all other tires were checked and were fine. They ordered the tire and I returned for it to be replaced. When I got into the auto I got a warning the back left tire was flat. I brought the attendant out to check and he told me the "system" needed to reset, and I'd be fine. Trusting him I drove off the lot, but only made it 3 miles, and my back left tire was fully flat. I returned only to be told, the back tire had a slash on the back side and needed to be replaced. I questioned this as odd. I asked to see the original tire which could not be produced. Turns out the technician apparently put the bad front tire on the back. I asked to speak to a manager. Travis, the manager agreed the situation was suspicious, and offered to replace my Three other tires with new tires at no cost. I agreed and he ordered the tires. He ordered them and I returned a few days later and Discount replaced the three tires at no cost to me. my situation was taken case of by the manager, but this does not excuse discount tire from this very poor mistake or fraudulent business practices. read more

scammed! I went in there to discount tire center because Cooper from Ohio had suggested for me to do. i told the guy I want tires for 60 to 70,000 miles. He sold them to me kept going back there to get my tires rotated and after 26,000 they said there was a problem with the tires. They were all flawed. Need replaced. so offered me to trade them in for new tire. I purchased a warranty. I never purchased a warranty on tires before usually when I buy tires they come with 60 - 70,000 mile warranty on them. You don't have to purchase an additional thing so right from the get-go I thought it was being scammed. I went back in there and told them well to go ahead and change the tires out and put new tires on, Thought I got a good deal. That's where I got scammed, they put cheaper tires on my car. They did not replace them with the same tires that I purchased. so I go back there and now they're saying oh after I put about 20,000 miles on these tires (2ndset) the young kid says that they won't rotated my tires anymore and he goes. Oh well need new tires you got 45,000 miles on those tires and I said I don't think I do I went right to my glove box and got the receipt out that they had 23,000 miles on them and they were about worn out so now 6 months later I'm back buying new tires again at Goodyear because Cooper has now purchased Goodyear and I went into the shop in Ohio and they quoted me a price for a family member working at Cooper and I'm back in Columbia South Carolina gonna go to Goodyear just down the road from Discount Tire. lost a costumer for life! I was on a business trip from Atlanta and in route I had vibration issue with one of my tires on my Toyota Tundra. Upon inspection when I arrived in Columbia, I noticed that all four of my tires had great tread but they were seven years old and had onset of dry rot. I was already planning on replacing my tires at my local discount tire in Acworth Georgia, but this scenario forced the issue. I showed up at this location at 8 AM and the first words I heard when the guys opened the door is one of them said "it's going to be a great day." I commented to him that attitude is everything and I love how he just started my day. My technician Branden took charge and did an inspection with me and explained the process. He told me to forgive him but this was his first week of working. Had he not told me I never would've known. Branden and team gave me over the top service, we're very professional, and their attitude knocked it out of the park. I told them from the outset that I had a meeting at 11 o'clock if they could beat that... They laughed and said I'd be out by 9:30 and they weren't kidding. I will recommend this location to anyone based on my experience today. I was in a bind and quite frankly was stressed out about it, and they took the stress completely out of the scenario. I went in for a rotation and balance. When I came to pick up my vehicle I walked out to it, first thing I notice is one of my center caps to my wheels is dangling by one bolt and the other bolts are missing. I walked around to each wheel to see if any other center caps were in the same condition, instead I find deep scratches on 3 of my wheels that were definitely not from normal wear and tear. These wheels aren't even a year old. I went in to tell the manager and he was kind about everything and said we can order new wheels. Fast forward to probably about 2 months later the manager has yet to call me or tell me anything about ordering new wheels. I've gone back to the store twice to talk about the situation and either the manager wasn't there or busy, the manager never called me even though I left my contact info three times with the store.
