While changing the oil they inspected my car and found a few issues with the tires I mostly knew about. He offered to send a quote to replace one or all tires & TPMS sensors ( which my 13 yr old car was needing ) I liked that they quote through a text link so you can see the cost and everything associated with the repair. You can decline the service or accept it. We talked about tires and sensors and ultimately decided to go with a better tire than quoted. They priced the cost and labor very competitively and I approved the service. There was no pressure at all during this transaction. Just information and options. I definitely was happy to find Turnage Auto Care, Tyler and Aaron. I'll be bringing both of my Hybrids to them from now on!

I went to my appointment at 12:00, I had loose tires meaning that I just dropped off my rims and tires to have the old tires taken off and install the new ones and have them balanced. They called me at 2:55 to let me know they were ready. I didn't pick them up until 4:33. I went to pay for them and the sales rep rang me up and it seemed a lot more than I was expecting. When I looked at the invoice, they charged me $174.99 per tire when my reservation invoice showed me $159.99 per tire. I spoke to the sales rep and he couldn't explain why and then he got another sales rep which may have been the manager on duty and he stated that the price was $174.99 per tire and that all he did was pull up my reservation invoice showed. I showed him on my phone on their website for their store that the price was $159.99 per tire. He stated that he couldn't give me a refund that day because it was too late in the day and that I had to come back on Monday to get the refund. Monday 5/12/25 I went to the store to get my refund. Spoke to the same sales rep who I was dealing with Friday to get my refund. He called someone and they told him that I wasn't eligible for a refund. I was surprised and stated again that the tire shows up in their website for $159.99 not $174.99. The person on the phone would not explain it to me when he asked her to explain it to me because "they're not allowed to" He stated that there can be additional charges stated on my reservation email which I understand but the price of the tires did not match the price on my email. He finally gave me the refund for the difference and I left. Took me 30 minutes to get to this resolution. I won't be doing business there ever again! They were much better when they were Franks Tires but now that they are Mavis, they are crap!!!
