Mechanics you can trust…read more That's really all you need. They'll diagnose what your vehicle needs and repair it quickly and well for a fair price where they pay their costs and make a little money to feed their families. It Is That Simple. I could go on and on about the decades of wonderful service they have given to me and my family. The extra care they gave my mother after my father died. The times where they'd fit us in when they were slammed because they care about what they do and care about their customers. Maybe I should, but when it comes to a mechanic, having somewhere you can take your vehicle where you know you won't get screwed is a relationship as important as the one between you and your family doctor.

There was an issue with the brakes on our drive so we took it to a mechanic while on our trip and there were multiple issues with the brake work and the lug nuts were not even fully tightened. Upon our return, she went back to Goodyear and showed them the paperwork from the TN mechanic. Instead of owning up to their mistakes, the Goodyear people told her that her car must have been vandalized and that the TN mechanic was wrong. Do not use this location as they were very rude to my 83 year old mother in law and didn't shotty work and wouldn't own up to it when they were called out for it.

I don't know if overpaid for the tire or not (I likely did). I was ready to get it done, but I did get some off because I wanted to go check around for prices. I do believe it was on the expensive side. My tire had been flat for a few months. I do appreciate the walk in service.

I also felt a grinding when I pressed the brake pedal. I began looking for a reputable brake shop. I looked here on yelp and all the reviews were very bad. I didn't know what to do. I heard a radio commercial about Brakes 4 Less so I decided to give them a try since all the reviews were poor for the entire area. I came in very skeptical and didn't expect much. I can't remember the two gentleman who helped me names but they were very nice and professional. They gave me recommendations after inspecting my brakes, I decided to follow their advice as all my pads were shot and needed to be replaced. I already knew that but I guess I thought the front pads had a little life. Why wait another month and have to do the same service again. It was cheaper to have all four replaced at the same time. If you need your brakes serviced I would recommend this shop to anyone. My brakes work perfectly and their are no squeaking or shrilling sounds.

After finally getting the drain plug off, it was obvious it had been tightened with an impact, making a simple job way harder and I couldn't remove the washer. Honestly, it felt almost malicious. It's frustrating knowing my sister- and brother-in-law trusted your shop for something as basic as an oil change and may not be able to feel that same trust going forward. Do better.
