Good, Solid Tacos - Not Quite Fantastic... I swung by Fuzzy's Tacos in Grapevine recently, looking for a casual bite, and it largely hit the spot. My service was good, there was a new guy on the register and he did a nice job, emperor being new. The kitchen prepared my meal fairly quickly. I opted for the Grilled Shrimp Tacos, and they were definitely good. The shrimp were well-cooked and flavorful, and the overall combination of ingredients was enjoyable. They were a bit over-powered by the garlic sauce they put on the taco, but that's just my taste. Along with that, I got the Queso and Chips The queso was a bit thin but still satisfying, and the chips were perfectly crisp for dipping. Everything I tried was pretty tasty and well-prepared. It's a solid choice for a quick, satisfying taco fix. However, I wouldn't go as far as to say anything was "fantastic." They were good, dependable, and I'd certainly return for another meal, but they didn't quite reach that "wow" level for me. If you're in the area and craving some casual, quality tacos, Fuzzy's is a reliable bet.

Bunch of broken chips. Broken just like my heart over the sub quality food

The only good thing about this place today was the service. We were looking for something quick that served margaritas. The margarita was terrible, like I couldn't drink it. Can you screw up queso? Yep, they did. Bland, like no seasoning my whatsoever: The prices have gone up and the quality has reached a new low. I should have read my own review.

We have come here quite a few times for some quick fish tacos and a beer or the impressive grilled shrimp salad . . . and a beer; what is really impressive about this location is the management. Yesterday we met the general manager working the register, greeting the customers and taking orders left and right. He took orders, poured beers, checked on the kitchen, and went around ensuring all the tables were picked up and clean. Not a COVID thing, either - he did this before. Our chips were stale - he intercepted me on my way to the kitchen window and asked if there was an issue. I told him there was, what it was, and he immediately set out to fix it. He went back in the kitchen and found me a fresh new batch of chips that h himself tried out for freshness. No rudeness, no rolling of the eyes - just what is the problem, and let me make it right. Damned impressive, especially nowadays. As for the beer - ice cold. Food - delicious. It is a Fuzzy's, it is a chain, but the service here sets it up a notch.

In search of a great taco shop and this was a miss. Ladies at the cash register are nice but the food is lacking flavor and volume. If you take an order to go, hot sauce is extra. I'm still in search of that great taco shop with great homemade salsa and hot sauce.

The food was fantastic, our whole table enjoyed our dinner and drinks. What really made it 5 stars: the workers. They were so incredibly patient and kind to my overtired child. She was exhausted and on the brink of a meltdown. One of the staff members went to the crane game and won a stuffed animal for my daughter. She brought it over and completely changed my kiddos mood. She spent the rest of the night holding it and taking pictures with it. This woman completely turned our dinner around. I didn't catch her name but she had colored hair and gauges. Absolutely fantastic service, some of the best I've ever had.

I've always loved Fuzzy's tacos and they have great taco specials. Their margaritas are the BEST!!! I would visit each and every Thursday to get my fix. There is nothing much to say about Fuzzy's, it's just a great spot to eat tacos and grab a margarita, literally !!!

Practically no queso. I feel like i paid $10 for soggy chips.

These dudes skimped me HARD on my nachos. Thankfully i ordered a side of queso. I paid extra for sour cream and refried beans, and they put less queso than sour cream. Not what i would call nachos. Not very much shredded chicken either. NACHOS SHOULD NEVER LOOK NAKED!!!

Potatoes - cold, aged, disgusting

The only…read morereason I can think of not to, is they are so good, sometimes there's wait time to get a table. Oddly, to me, there was a survey where a different breakfast place won the award as best place in Grapevine. No chance, I've eaten there, and you get twice as much food here for the same price, and what you get is of a higher quality, here. The other restaurant, I asked for salsa, and got a tiny little cup, which they charged me a dollar for. If you look at the picture, the wild west omelette comes with two large sauces, and I asked for another, and it was at no charge. The wild west omelette, is huge, I took a picture with a fork laying next to just so you can see how big it is. It's a four egg omelette loaded with four kinds of meat, hashbrowns and several vegetables, to include jalapeño peppers. It comes with two sides, of your choice. The service is great, with nothing but friendly folks! The atmosphere lives up to the name, it's an old West feel, well-maintained! We will absolutely be back, suggest you read my last review as it has a few other points in it that I did not make here. Highly recommend this place over all others in Grapevine for breakfast!

You can tell when a place has good management, and this definitely felt like one of those places with both great leadership and amazing staff. And the food was great! I ordered the breakfast burrito and chose wisely my four fixing, bacon, sausage, hash brown, and cheddar. It's really not expensive and it truly filled me up. We also tried biscuit and gravy and a stunning omelette. The restaurant was packed when we arrived, but the system was incredibly well organized. We left our name and phone number at the door and received a text letting us know our table was ready in less than five minutes!

When we…read morefirst walked in, we were worried we might not be able to get a table because it was so busy, but luckily a family was getting up just as we arrived, so we were able to sit down right away. My daughter has a gluten allergy, so I spoke with someone at the front about their gluten-free precautions. They were able to reassure me that they use a separate toaster, prepare her food separately, and change their gloves. That was such great news and immediately made me feel much more comfortable. My daughter ordered the Four Cheese Italian Toast, while we also tried the smoked salmon toast and avocado toast. The smoked salmon toast was our favorite of the three. The Italian toast was good, although not quite as impressive as the others. I think the jam ended up making it a bit too sweet for a savory toast. We also got juices for the kids, and I had a cold brew that was really good. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and I'm so happy to have another place in the area that can accommodate our gluten-free girl! It makes such a difference to have a restaurant that takes gluten allergies seriously and makes you feel comfortable dining there as a family. We'll definitely be back!

What a delightful breakfast!…read more Berries & Batter Cafe is such a cute spot, and actually much bigger inside than I expected. The decor is bright and clean, with wicker baskets hanging from the ceiling as lanterns, and the service was friendly and attentive. We basically had dessert for breakfast, and it was wonderful. The Creme de la Creme French Toast was loaded with strawberries, blackberries, blueberries and raspberries, with powdered sugar, chocolate drizzle and a berry sauce. Absolutely delicious. We also shared the Monte Cristo, and that one resulted in complete silence at the table-the kind of silence where everyone is too busy enjoying the food to talk. That says plenty! The sausage reminded me of the perfect McDonald's breakfast sausage in the best possible way and the bacon was nice and crispy. We also had cheesy grits, which were wonderful with a little extra salt. For drinks, we tried both the peach and mango lemonades. The lemonade itself tasted fairly basic with flavored syrup added, but I enjoyed the peach. It had just a nice hint of peach flavor. The mango was a little too syrupy for me. Overall, this was a delightful meal in a beautiful, welcoming setting. If I find myself back in this part of Texas, I would absolutely come back.

Limited parking right now - looks like another building and hopefully additional parking being constructed next door. Immediately liked the bright modern comfortable vibe when entering. You can see the bar and coffee bars at the back. The downfall of having stuff hanging from ceiling and when choosing your lift fixtures, you have to clean them. I loved the circle lights above the booths. Unfortunately, they were dusty and I kept waiting for it to drop in our food. (Not what I want to be focusing on while eating). Very large menu with lots of great choices for breakfast, lunch, brunch. Cocktails, mocktails, fresh juice also available. I got the CHICKEN BACON RANCH PANINI - it was really good but messy. Arrived sloppy dripping in ranch. I ended up having for fork & knife it. Good bacon, grilled chicken, slices of avocado. Would get ranch on side next time - It tastes like the typical restaurant supply big bucket of blah ranch. They need a house made ranch. The fried okra was really good! MONTE CRISTO - on a croissant. Completely soggy and unable to eat as a sandwich. Strawberry jam on it was a nice different touch. Had to eat with fork & knife. Not one of the better ones in the area. Fries were really good though. We will go back sometime and try breakfast.

My omelette was immense and full of flavorful ingredients. The side of hash browns were perfectly cooked and seasoned, I don't think I've ever had better. My partner's chicken fried steak was much better than we expected. Firstly, it was massive, demanding its own plate. Secondly, it was covered in exceptional sausage gravy, which was a delight as chicken fried steak usually comes with bland cream gravy. I don't think they had much warning, but they did an impressive job getting orders out quickly and accurately, all with separate checks, no less! This spot is clearly more breakfast focused, so lunch is not really the star of the show, though they do have a handful of options. I was not in the mood for anything heavy, so after doing a little menu research ahead of time, I asked if I could order from the kids menu. Grilled cheese for me! I upgraded my fries to cheese curds for a small upcharge. I have definitely had better grilled cheeses in my life, but this was a perfectly fine, basic sandwich. What really stood out was the service. At our table of eight strangers, our server, Anaya, got every order exactly right, and food came flying out of the kitchen in about eight minutes. Nicely done by both the front and back of house. I definitely want to come back and try breakfast!
