We came in last Friday and honestly my experience was a huge let down. I will say the videos on IG does a great job of highlighting this area but when you get in, the decor does not hold up. It was like a bait and switch. The hookah was good. We tried skittles and it actually tasted like skittles. The food was ok but still off. The chicken kabob was more like chicken medallions and the lamb wrap was small. I was disappointed the food was served on chipped plates and utensils were plastic. Yet another cute decorate spot that doesn't really give you a reason to return. We did not order any food, the service was pretty fast but the items we ordered were not satisfactory. The hookahs were meh. The drinks were either too fruity or too sour. So we decided we didn't want to order any food. This was our second visit, and although we came at a different time of day, we still received the same subpar service. They were late with our orders, and they never asked if we needed more coal for our shisha. I had to yell to be heard by the person sitting next to me because the music was so loud. A hookah bar playing typical Hispanic hiphop music on full blast? True, I get bored of songs that repeat the same rhythm over and over. Meditteranean music, albeit not too loud, would greatly improve the ambiance. However, I have learned my lesson and will not return to this establishment. I should have noticed that there were no customers from the Mediterranean region and guessed their quality. It's like when BTS is playing in an Indian restaurant and there are no Indian customers present, you know the establishment isn't good. read more

I couldn't understand since it was fried, but it was soft like it was soaked in grease. It was barely enough for one serving so I ordered another and asked them to fry crispy - it was doable. My friend ordered a lemon drop - it turned out to be one cute shot glass. What they don't do is a lemon drop in a martini glass (the standard). Ordered the boneless chicken kabob.... Description says it comes with sauce yet when my order was delivered to my house there was no sauce. This type of food is just dry without sauce and the sauce is what really makes the kabob. Disappointed enough to never eat here again. Tried this spot out Saturday night. Weren't sure what to expect as I've really only had hookahs at friends' houses, not in a hookah bar. It was nice, though. About $18 for a hookah that lasted two people two hours. Service was good, unlike a lot of reviews. I appreciated that they didn't make us feel dumb because of our lack of experience. Lighting, seating, and music were cool. Very chill place to have a loungy conversation with a group or date. Some guys were sitting alone doing work on computers, so go check it out, single ladies! This place is not welcoming at all, I got there and sat down for over 30 mins no waiter came and I took matters into my own hands to call one of the waiters but she acted like she didn't see us sitting and waiting to be served. Been coming here a long time. My favorite is the skittles hookah. Tastes very good. I love the atmosphere here, very chill place music is good. People keep to themselves for the most part. Its not wild or crazy like other bad places. They also have outdoor seating in case you are worried about being inside. Inside is still very good as the spacing is great and the very high ceilings are great for ventilation. Only wish for more varity of specialty drinks as it would be cool to add with the atmosphere. I normally just get green tea or something like that Great place to relax with friends or in a small group where you can actually hear yourself think. Staff and the owner are very nice and polite, they don't charge for extra coal either and let you chill for hours if you like. Went in with 6 people group and we were told you have to spend $180+ to be able to sit together for hukkah. Not even a welcoming gesture and straight to the charge. What a great way to greet your walk-in customers. When we asked the lady why are you asking us to spend 180+ before even being offered to sit down, she said there's only 1 spot to fit 6 people and we want to make sure you'll spend 180+ otherwise you have to sit separately. Place was literally 25%-30% occupied and there was enough space to accommodate us. Regardless of space, no one should be forced to spend fix amount in a hukkah place. We ended up going to hukkah place in Alexandria where we indeed had dinner, drinks, and hukkah. Fuzion has no customer service skills and will loose customers. read more

This was by far one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a hookah bar. We ordered a hookah, a sandwich, house salad, and water. After placing the order, we finally received our first item about 30 minutes after we were seated: the hookah. This was the kind of hookah that you know you'll feel sick after smoking. A solid 2/10 at best. Then, 15 minutes later, we finally received the water. Yes, about 45 minutes after we were seated. At this point, we were so hungry. After almost an hour and a half, I finally asked the server to cancel the food order because we wanted to leave. She reassured us that the food was almost ready and that she would put it "to go". After another 10 minutes, I asked to pay the bill. They finally brought out the food 5 minutes later and we left. At this point, I wasn't going to write a review because to be honest, I hate writing negative reviews. Then I got home and saw the house salad, so here we are now. Absolutely ridiculous. read more

Not sure how this place is still surviving because their Hookah sucks (they don't know how to pack a hookah head), food is OK and their service is terrible. The owners hang in the back playing cards and doesn't seem to care at all about their business, the management have no idea how to manage (I recommend taking some sort of management training courses) and the staffs are just trickledown effects of the owners/management who is clueless and you literally have to wave them down to get something or else they come by your table once every 45 minutes. If you order a bottle of water, you have to wait 15 minutes to get it and anything else obviously takes forever; Fuzion is NEVER that busy for them to take that long to get their customers anything. I'd understand if the place was busy all the time and therefore there's a delay in service but it's empty majority of the time with only few people there. The men's restroom is always "out of service" so everyone have to use the women's restroom which is dirty, trash everywhere and just completely disgusting. I guess the only reason Fuzion is still in business is because of it's convenient location. If you're looking for a spot with good hookah and service, this is not the place. Fuzion owners/management, you guys have a great location and one of the few hookah spots in the springfield area, step your game up a little and you'll do great! I've been to your place one too many times and received shitty service, hence the reason for my negative review. Possibly the worst food I've ever had in my life. We ordered via Uber eats last night and decided on the burger, boneless chicken kabob, and wings. The burger was the tiniest thing we had ever seen, and the shape of it looked like pre-packaged, frozen burger meat. They put this horrible smelling white sauce on it that smelled and tasted absolutely rancid, and there was only a tiny handful of fries. The kabob was also smothered in this rancid smelling white sauce which did not even taste like any normal white sauce you would get at a typical kabob place. Rice was okay but clumpy and stuck together like steamed rice. Wings were okay also but couldn't finish them. Could not even finish the kabob dish and had to throw it away. Came here for the first time, on an Saturday night. If you come during the weekend, there's a $10 minimum per person. I'm always fine with paying the price, given you get your money's worth and I'm not sure you do. Come during happy hour Mon-Fri 2-6pm, the same hookah will be $6 cheaper with no minimum. This place isn't too bad for a hookah bar, but be aware that it's alcohol free. Dark atmosphere is perfect for hookah and hanging with your friends. Black leather couches are comfy but I'm definitely sitting away from the overbearing blue light next time. There's Rap and Hindi music playing while the entire place is lit with leds.This place has so much potential but for a place that should exhibit a strong sense of culture, it's lacking. I felt like it should be a little more social and welcoming. I noticed the employees don't make the effort to give the best service, maybe it's because there's a default 18% gratuity. I get why, but I don't like the idea of having to pay for bad service. We had to ask for the check ourselves. Our coals were replaced frequently and powder was cleaned. One hookah ($16) lasted two hours for two people. There's a couple okay food items, but they're all ridiculously overpriced. Why is a bottle of water $3? This place isn't fancy enough to charge like that. I ordered a mango lassi and although delicious, it was $5. At most, I would recommend getting fries ($4.50) and splitting it with someone. The poor service and sky high food prices makes it tough to recommend for sure but it's worth a try. Came here during the summertime and wore a plain tank top and was refused service unless I wore a jacket. Drove 15 mins to get a jacket as my friends were already there. Entered only to see 3 more other guys in tank tops. Took my jacket off briefly cause it was hot only to have an attendant walk over and ask me to put it back on as it's their policy. Not worth it at all. If someone recommends you this place dont go. There is a 10 dollar fee (per person) to enter during friday or saturday. They will still charge you if you don't smoke which happened to me. My friends and I tried to get some cards and watch the game. We got neither. The way my friend described the hookah taste only lasted for 5 min. After that it felt dry. Also, you can't bring food from outside which is a hassel since all the food there is overpriced. This place would be a great dance club except that no one could or would dance there. Overall, it felt like the employees were trying to rip us off. Loss potential for a possibly good hookah bar.
