Alto Pharmacy goes out of its way to make it work -- for its customers! I started using Alto at the suggestion of my doctor, who said her patients and that her office staff had good luck with them, and that Alto seemed to have 'figured things out'. They could process difficult prescriptions and even get drugs that were in short supply. So far, she has been a right. I have been very pleased with Alto's customer service and performance. This week I was to start taking a new medication that needs to slowly increase in dose. Due to a miscommunication, Alto did not receive an Rx for the initial dose. All the while I had o travel to SoCal so my delivery was going to get messed up too. But no! Alto got the the Rx from my doctor around mid-day and had it delivered to me in SoCal before 7:00 PM! The Alto App is great. I get messages when I need them but not when I don't. They work seamlessly with all of my doctors. Payments are easy as is finding a summary of Rx's and of my account. It just all works as I want it to and as it should. I rarely post reviews. Something has to be really good or really bad to warrant it. Alto is really good. read more

It used to be great, but they don't respond to their messages in a timely manner (they say they try to respond within an hour during business hours, it used to happen but it anymore, which actually can really mess up your delivery times) and they are constantly out of stock of medications and then you and your family are out of your medications for multiple days. Too bad, it's a great idea. Maybe if they are able to fix these kinks I would try again, but I'm out. Super disappointed. read more

I needed a prescription asap and I was pleasantly surprised that as soon as my Dr sent in the script, that I was contacted right away and was told a 3 day delivery but it came the next day, so thank you for a great service read more

I cannot say enough great things about this pharmacy for my fertility meds and just found out they are full service! Good prices, same day delivery and fantastic customer service. Need I say more? You can even schedule over text. Highly recommend! read more

My doctor wrote the prescription today and sent it to Alto. The driver delivered my medication this evening. Like getting texts on the ETA. Sure beats standing in line at the pharmacy. All four of my meds from Alto are less expensive than my previous chain pharmacy. read more

This pharmacy is a game changer. Online refill request, same day or next day delivery, easy and prompt communication via text or app with patient and physician. I wish everything in life was this easy. I don't know how they do it, but let's hope they can always keep doing it because it makes life that much easier for all of us who rely on regular medication refills. Thank you! read more

Amazing service! So easy to get my prescriptions delivered for free . App is really easy to use too. Love it! Never going back to a brick and mortar pharmacy. Also love that each delivery comes with a little butterscotch candy. read more

Beyond amazing prompt reliable I for sure recommend alto pharmacy to all my first time yet the best experience ever

Was great when I started about a year ago,and now they are terrible. The wait time to talk to someone is about 30 minutes, KEEP messing up on the prescriptions, never let you know of any changes, if you're not alert, you are in trouble. read more

Alto made my treatment less stressful.. for initial two orders I compared prices with other pharmacies and realized Alto prices are more competitive and delivery is hassle free and they include all the ancillaries needed to administer drugs. It can't get any better than alto. read more

So much better than going to CVS just to wait in line. Quick and easy delivery. The mobile app is simple and intuitive.

Took almost a week to get an urgent prescription in their system. I have a paper copy which they would not accept other than driving it to their office. The pharmacist was slow in calling the doc to get the prescription and almost ran out of insulin. Unhappy with their service. other pharmacy's have delivery service which are much more convenient. read more

I really love this service! The time window when they deliver home is accurate and you can track your driver. The packaging is discreet and thoughtful and includes a little piece of candy, which is remarkably delightful. I would recommend this any day over waiting an hour in a CVS. read more

Alto Pharmacy...it is what it says it is. The buck stops here when it comes to amazingly fast, efficient and super professional customer service!!! I was using a HORRIBLE mail order pharmacy that did not and could not do HALF of what Alto Pharmacy did. LITERALLY. My doctor placed a prescription order at 3:30 in the afternoon. THAT SAME DAY within ONE HOUR, Alto Pharmacy had dropped off my prescription AT MY DOOR with my steroid and inhalers that I ran out of. I have NEVER, EVER, had such exceptional service like this. They have blown me away and made me a TOTALLY COMMITTED regular forever if I can have it that way!!! UNBELIEVABLE service!!! I started switching all of my prescriptions over to them and I will do so with the rest of my family member's prescriptions as well!!! YOU GUYS ROCK!!!!!!!! read more

Always great service that is fast and friendly and less money than the other pharmacies and the best part I'd free delivery.

Amazing follow through and professionalism. Thank you so much. Delivery on time and packaged well.

Alto is great and super convenient. They deliver on the same day to your doorstep, answer any questions, and respond to chat messages within an hour. They gave me a call back when I needed more information, emailed me a copy of my receipt for FSA purposes and were just as nice as could be expected. I don't think I'll ever go back to a regular pharmacy again. Everything is super easy. I cannot emphasize how glad I am to have been recommended to them. I can't say a bad word about them and would highly recommend them to you. read more

Great staff. Polite, friendly and professional. I never run out of my medication. They are always in communication with me. Great service.

I was down to my last pill when I realized I needed another prescription immediately. Since it was a weekend, I was in a panic because my doctor was closed. However, I remember Alto had my prescription on record and decided to go onto the app to see if I would be able to order additional medication. To my surprise, they had a record of all my medication for IVF and once I ordered, they stated my order would be delivered the same day. I was so relieved! Not sure if all these hormones are making me forgetful, but Alto certainly made it easy and stress free to reorder my medication. read more

They were friendly on the phone when I was ordering. They have a great text message system in place to help you track your delivery. They deliver same day which is amazing and the two different drivers on two different occasions found my house! (which is hard to find). Additionally, the drivers who delivered my medicines were professional and efficient. Very happy with service from Alto! read more
