What an awful pharmacy, if you get your meds delivered by Alto, you will regret it!! They constantly reschedule your delivery to the point that they cause a delay in care due to your meds running out. Or they say they are out of stock. You can't reach a real person and they refuse to help you transfer your meds to another pharmacy. I don't not recommend Alto pharmacy ever!!! read more

Alto has a very good tracking system that makes it so easy to track your order real time. The delivery was a bit later than the first estimated time but we'll within their delivery window. First time using Alto and let me tell you what a positive experience! Love all the forms of communication: text, phone calls, or via the app. I really like being able to schedule my delivery for my meds and getting text messages to inform me the status of my delivery as well as being able to sign for the medication through my phone. My medicine was packaged very well and the little caramel candy was a nice personal touch! When I ordered my medicine I couldn't believe Alto offered a free sharps container...talk about great customer service! NowRX sold to alto. Alto did not transfer/refill my prescription. The transfer was terrible on Alto's part. Tried calling them and emailing them no one answered. Still waiting to hear back from them. As chronic pain patients we need are prescription NOW and not wait around. I went back to CVS. I have now completed 2 prescription request via Alto. The first arrived within 3hrs of the request! (Amazing!) The second arrived the next day and at the time promised!! I have now sent this to 4 friends/family. For me, I have no plans to use another pharmacy other than Alto. This service is easy to use, just load your insurance have your prescription sent either directly to Alto or just have it transferred from your previous pharmacy, it's really that simple. As far as pricing goes I haven't paid more than what I would normally pay. The couriers delivered ver in a professional manner and packages sealed nicely. read more

How about giving me some alphabetical clues such as the first two or three letters of the prescription's name instead of just numbers? At my advanced age, I get so many different meds that your strategy of identifying them in your emails by only numbers is not helpful; it requires me to go to the two different places I keep meds and paw through the dozen-plus vials looking for the number you have sent me. (CVS uses two letters which are sometimes not enough since at least two of my meds have identical first two letters.) read more

The medication was delivered right on time, as it always is. I tried on both Sunday and Monday to use the injectable--tried both doses--and neither I nor my husband, who has very strong hands, could depress the plunger. I have used this Rx on 4 previous occasions, and although it was difficult to depress the plunger I could--eventually--succeed. Not this time. Something obviously needs to be done about this delivery system. And there is no sense sending me replacement meds until it is! If can't use the Rx, how do I deal lwith it? It is in the frige, as instructed, but disposing of it could be an issue. I have a sharp's container. Any advice on how to solve this problem?? PS: I love that you pack the meds in frozen fertilizer. My plants have never been happier!! read more
