To start, I initially contacted Dishtv regarding installation of a new system to include television, telephone and internet. Dish farms out the installation of the latter two services to HughesNet which then sub-contracts to Patriot IT. This is where everything rapidly went south. While installation of the television part went smoothly, PatriotIT has consistently re-scheduled, postponed, not shown up and/or not called to appointments. First appointment: Friday, March 16th was rescheduled via text to the next day, Saturday, the 17th. I received a phone call on the 17th to reschedule to Sunday, the 18th. Even though the tech does not typically work Sundays I was told that due to the recent foul weather he wanted to make up some time. Needless to say, the tech never showed up and never called. I placed a call to Marybeth at PatriotIT on Monday, the 19th and relayed the above info to her. At first she had no recollection of having rescheduled to the 18th but ultimately did remember our previous conversations. As I was going out of town for the week, we set a new installation date of Monday, March 26th, our fourth appointment. The hours were between 1:00 - 5:00 pm. Marybeth assured me that if no one else got serviced that day, I certainly would. Well, as you can probably guess by now I still have no internet or television service. Marybeth called me at 2:21pm to assure me that the tech was still on his way. At 5:26 the tech called to say he would not be able to make it and that the secretary would call me in the morning. By now I was totally fed up and immediately placed two calls to HughesNet directly. To their credit HughesNet seemed genuinely astounded by these antics and apologized numerous times. After they heard my sequence of events they then contacted PatriotIT to verify them. They were corroborated. HughesNet went on to say that if the fifth appointment did not work they would have to find another partner for installation. At 6:50 the PatriotIT technician called to say that he was in the next village, ten to fifteen minutes away and would arrive shortly. I can only assume that word came down the chain from Hughes to Patriot to him. He never showed !!! He called again on my cell at 9:44pm to say that he would not be able to make it!!! I am done with PatriotIT and maybe HughesNet as well. DishTV had also suggested Vonage for my other two services so I may go with them. I am not sure what other services some folks may require of Patriot but I would steer clear of them. One need only look at the dinky Bay Shore mall in which they are located to know that they are a fly-by-night operation.

The two men who assisted me seemed very helpful at first but took over two hours to update our phones due to an "update". When we came back, they said found a great deal and could save me $10 per month by adding trackers on. Long story short, after speaking with a t-mobile rep through text, I found out that the only "deal" there was was getting $5 off the $10 per month trackers. I went back to the store to ask for clarification and to possible return the trackers. The representative was not helpful at all. Even after speaking with his manager over the phone, he was still not able to explain how having these trackers would save me money. They were claiming my bill would be less money and if I took them off, it would go up in price, which the rep who I chatted with while in store confirmed that is not sure and she was not sure where they got that information from. I had to ask several times in a row for the trackers to be returned and he kept offering that the manager could call me when I was no longer interested after the conversation I had with the rep while waiting over an HOUR in the store. I will not be coming back here and hope to find a better experience at another t-mobile.

Finally when my son and i made our final decision, and i ask about price he became combative and disrespectful... at this point the conversation got loud that the other reps didn't bother to come over and correct him... i asked him whats his name he refused to give it to me hints the picture posted... i ask for the correct pricing on the phone and case.. he stated i dont have to say and thing look on y tmoblie life.. i left without further incident... definitely going through corporate... if i can give this store zero i would!!!!
