so ive purchased this plan because it comes with 20gb mobile hot spot i tried using my 20gb mobile…read morehot spot yesterday for the 1st time since i've bought this plan... i had "zero - 0 " balance .. long story short... i reached out to simple mobile .. got in touched with a nice customer service person by the name of "peter" ...he informed me that i did in fact purchased the upgraded plan $50 with auto re-up that comes with 20gb mobile hot spot but for some odd reason the system did not recognize the new account upgrade.. so he did a manual acct reset... that eventually deleted my 20gb acct upgrade purchase... called simple mobile to get this fixed on thurs. dec. 18 @ 5:31 pm i spoke with ronalyn. ... .id# 522949 ... conversation lenght 1:6:31 sec ....
