You should have seen the look on my 12-year-old son's face when he realized that he wasn't ever going to be getting that phone for Christmas. So now I am out $170 and I have to figure out how to get him another phone. What a waste. And I love the fact that I was told that they can't help because the warranty is 15 days. The warranty being 15 days is a piece of paper with words on it. Anyone is allowed to be helpful if they so choose.

So I went in after making an appointment with one of my best friends who gets panic attacks when she's in large crowds and showed them my phone.
