The owner, Amanda, is one of the most unprofessional individuals I've ever met in my career. I'm not sure how her company could be successful, as other reviews have clearly shown she has a poor attitude and is very condescending to customers. My bet is that her daddy gave her the business or her husband actually started the company? They miss numerous appointments, and you have to call to find out what's going on, and they say it was windy. We were going to call you; we have to reschedule. Almost $700.00 and the pool wasn't clear. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!! I used them a few years ago and the service was great but this time will definitely be the last time. I watched the workers ( looked like two kids) on my camera and they did a half assed job for three visits and then expected to add on a forth for extra money. This is the worst pool company in the history of Pools. Not only are their techs incompetent and cannot perform the duties that they quote, after they fumble around and screw it up, then they try to charge you for extra visits to cover for their mistakes. A Standard $350 pool opening that has been done every year prior to this now has all of a sudden become $700 when we switched to this company. I would not recommend these thieves and their poor customer service for any reason. I would not let them clean my toilet. I would like to add that their reception staff is obnoxious, rude, and do not let you finish a sentence. When you try to explain to them that you are talking and should not be interrupted they continue to interrupt and try to make it seem like it's your fault that the conversation is going nowhere. The audacity of a customer service company that treats their customers the way they treat people is absolutely asinine. Im a disabled veteran with a bad back who has to look for services to take care of things for me since I also have a son who has developmental issues, and I have used this service for opening and closing before. This year was awful. I paid for green to clean opening service. The pool went from green to hazy blue, it has never been clear. I should have refused to pay and been confrontational about it but that's not who I am. I agreed for a bi weekly service and it never became swimmable or clear and clean. My son got in pool twice during the time of service and immediately got back out since he said the pool floor was slimy and stuff at the bottom. Most recently I went out and scrub the floor of pool and took pictures of what came up (I have attached them and this was 2-3 days after "service", no storms, rain or to contribute to what I took pictures of.) The only thing I got done right was the replacement of connecting tube that was leaking. I was offered no "free" or "discounted" follow up service. I was told my sand in filter needed to be replaced, I asked for that service and pricing but was never answered. The sand filter excuse was found not to be true since I have now made my pool perfectly clear in by going to Leslie's having water tested, buying chemicals and following their advice. I had no intention of paying for the last two services, however, they charged my card on file without my permission, and I have disputed the charge with my bank for the work not being done properly. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would they don't even deserve 1 The service I have received from Fusion pool employees has been unacceptable. When I went into the store I gave my water sample to the lady working the front desk and showed her pictures of the state of the pool at the time she said it was a green opening and stated it would take 2 visits she schedule 2 visits 5/9 & 5/11. She gave me detailed instructions on chemicals to add and I did exactly as she said. Cost of chemicals was $142.12. On 5/9 crew showed up added the same chemicals she told me to add the days before skimmed and cleaned skimmer basket. Total time was 11 mins. On 5/11 crew came brushed and backwashed they did not turn pump setting back correctly causing damage to the filter and water loss. They also added additional chemicals total time was 15 minutes. I called the office that day and was told I needed a green to clean service? I thought that is what we agreed on so I was very confused by why this was not done. My husband went in to the office the next morning and talked to Amanda who was extremely rude about the situation but she did agree to send them back out, she never said it would be additional cost. on 5/17 they hose vac well camera shows they vacuumed less then 10 minute and only in the shallow areas and here at my home a total of 40minutes mostly walking around the pool brushing. On 5/19 here a total of 16 minutes doing brushing and skim seriously how is this service I asked for. I was out of state during the 5/17 and the 5/19 service but when I returned on 5/21 I have attached a picture of what I saw when I got home a green pool! I paid $275.79 for this horrible service. Never got calls they coming out or had come. Three consecutive weeks of coming out and still has dead leaves from the first week. Was told needs filter, so bought filter. They walked right past it going on deck but didn't replace it. I took the old filter out which was saturated in chemicals- they had just been throwing chemicals in at obscene rates, there was not a single piece of anything that would reflect they tried to vacuum it. When calling to try understand why after three weeks there are still leaves in pool I was told I need to clean pool each week (the service that I'm paying fusion to do?!). Then told due to gas would now cost twice as much for them to come. After we hung up and I informed them they need not come ever again I went to vacuum it myself. I'm very interested in knowing how they could possibly have been vacuuming it when the water level was too low for that to even be possible- it was below the water intake and barely covering the water push back. Pics are when they arrived the third time after "cleaning" it twice, then what it looked like when I got home, they billed me $225. I bought a dolphin and went to vacuum it myself. After running the dolphin a few times a day for a week along with using the leaf net to scoop up leaves it was clear and actually clean. Then I received an email receipt yesterday for $223, I explicitly said I was not paying it and had not authorized any payments from my card. Apparently they charged my card without consent. Monday I will be contesting the charge at the bank. I paid for a clean pool, after paying for two visits of not cleaned there's no way they should expect me to pay for a third visit of still not clean. Update: I got an email from Amanda informing me I can only get a refund if I delete my review of the company. read more

We bought a round above ground pool from these characters and the gentleman they recommended would only work 1 or 2 days a week or work after 4pm for a hour or so on other days. When question about when we could expect the pool to running he would always say he is going to try and get to it that day. He ended walking off the job (after 4 weeks and after getting an additional and when he left the pool was still leaning east to west by about 5 degrees, the pump was yet to be connected and tested, the pool lights which came with it are gone and the crew left every bit of debris in the pool and the the back yard. When we made the pvc connections to the pump and plugged in the received hardwire pump it ran great for about 5-10 minutes then just stopped and started smoking. When we called Fusion AC Heating and pool sales they wanted to charge $75 so someone could look at it. We couldn't even bring it in for a bench test. They refused. If I was looking for a pool I would run before contacting these guys. They DO NOT BACK UP WHAT THEY ARE SELLING!!!! Please save yourself heart ache and buy some where else anywhere else. Dig a hole in your backyard and fill it up with water you'll be better off. read more

Got no confirmation and a few days before scheduled time when I called to confirm them they said they were not sure if anyone could make it and that they would call me back. Never received a call back and they showed up the day there were supposed to but at the wrong time. Have never worked so hard to pay someone read more

The first year we had Fusion for bi-weekly pool cleaning the service was good. This year it has been terrible. They haven't helped with obtaining a new salt cell, never respond to emails and have yet to send a bill. I am discontinuing the service. Extremely poor service read more
