Very nice please. Very good at knowing what is needed to get and keep my pool in great shape. I will continue my business with them.

There's no sense that you're being taken advantage of because you aren't. We had seen the fox pools vans around and decided to give them a call (07/2022). Fox came out within 24 hours and replaced our shaft seal and impeller and the leak was fixed. They totally could have taken advantage of new pool owners and tried to upswell us a whole new pump but they were honest and only fixed what needed to be fixed. The technicians were on time, very quick and knowledgeable. Also, fox pools texts you a link when they are on the way and you can see when the technician is on the way, when they are complete with the repair and when your invoice is ready. Think like the dominos pizza tracker! Very nice feature as we are sometimes not home when they come for service. Fast forward to the end of the season (11/2022) the motor for the pool pump went out (I tried replacing the start capacitor but still no good) the motor and pump assembly looked pretty old so I contacted fox pools and they recommended to only replace the electrical motor side as the water pump side more than likely still has a good bit of life left in it. Their recommendation saved us several hundred dollars. And to this day the pump is running great. Our the next summer after replacing the motor (06/2023) we went to open the pool and we were not getting the water clarity we were used to. Knowing that we had lived in the house for two years now and who knows when the previous homeowners had the sand changed out we decided it was time to have the sand changed out in our Hayward sand filter. Fox pools came in cheaper than other pool companies in the area and with their great work and communication we went ahead and got on their books. They were out in a few days and changed out the sand and inspected the laterals, they were very quick with the work and after that it was back to crystal clear water. Fast forward again this time to this week (10/23). Fox replaced our tattered old water bag tarp cover with a GLI promesh cover. Price was fair, turn around time was great and it looks fantastic. They also closed and winterized our pool at the same time. I'm shocked how efficient they are. Had the pool closed and new safety cover installed in about an hour and a half. In conclusion, Fox Pools is an honest, reliable and professional pool service who will take great care of your pool.

I used them to close my pool last year which is how I called to get a quote for a new liner. If you are looking for quality on anything else then avoid at all costs. Pool closing =great. New liner = NIGHTMARE. I only went with this company because all the other major pool companies said maybe end of July but probably August. I didn't want to lose an entire summer. This one said 2 weeks after ordering so mid May. It was end of May for me but I had to stay on them to get any progress. Even had threaten them not to pay and have them come get their stuff including the liner. You will need to ask questions and stay on top off them every step of the way. Hope you have ring cameras. They are not a full disclosure company, they will use old rusted materials instead of talking to you about new costs. Their techs might break your steps coming out of the pool and make you ask for the repairs. You will have to advocate for yourself every step of the way and even beg for what you are paying for. What should have been a 3-4 days process ended up almost 3 weeks. The guy they subcontracted to (Coastline pool liners) is young and obviously lacking in this trade. My liner was not measured correctly so it didn't fit into the track. Instead of saying they messed up and fixing the issue to secure a loyal customer they made me BEG for what I paid for but never got. My liner was not measured correctly. It doesn't lay against the pool wall especially at the curves. It balloons out like an air pocket. I requested liner lock. Not my first pool. Jessica said after I fill the pool. I said the liner will pop out. She said it will be fine. Liner pulled out in multiple areas. I had to drain the pool then they still couldn't put the liner back in the track. I had to lose my and threaten her to come get it all and I would start over with another pool company to get the corners pulled into the track. Her texts are attentive & sweet until they aren't then they get nasty. I have receipts so please don't respond unless you want those screens shots added. I have additional liner money so I didn't want to lose this entire summer but If you don't have extra $ move on because they aren't fixing anything. If you are having new lights installed understand they bring and install. They don't make sure anything works. Add $350 to the cost that is what my electrician charges. Fingers crossed almost 10k lasts a few years but doubt it. Liner is already pulling out at the corners again before the end of one summer season.

A 1 star review is too generous. We hired Pool Force at the beginning of the year to design and…read morebuild an inground vinyl pool with concrete decking and a pavilion. Our contract end date was July 24 and we still have yet to make our last payment to the company. To start - communication from the owner is non-existent. Not once did we have a project manager meet with me or visit our property. For 2-3 weeks after excavation started, I could not get a hold of anyone at the company via phone or email. They dumped tons of gravel in our street without notice and we were cited by the city during this time as well. Second - We have a generous side yard with ample space for equipment, materials, etc to be left. We assumed and prepared to have our yard tore up BUT we did not plan for them also destroying our neighbors yard, dumping gravel in her flower beds, accidentally spraying concrete on her house, and damaging her gate and fence beyond repair. Third - During the liner installation, it was ripped in 2 places. At this point, we were already past our scheduled completion date and I asked them to just patch the holes and give us a discount equal to a new liner instead of starting over. Once we filled the pool up, a few days went by and the steps began the settle. Walking through the shallow end felt like walking on sand in some spots and sure enough, there were divots and craters that started showing up. I alerted the company and they drained the pool, pulled the liner back to fix the floor, and refilled it (hello extra water bill). The pool is now worse than it was before it was drained. The pictures attached (on Google review) are its end state...does this look like a $65k pool to you? Finally after a nearly 3 month delay for no apparent reason and cold weather, the pool is finally complete. I received the final invoice and was less than thrilled at the discount given for the damaged pool floor and liner and there was no remedy offered for the damage to the neighbor's property. *side note* - At some point during the installation, the company owner asked if we wanted Wi-Fi/remote functionality on our pump equipment. I said sure, if there's no additional charge, and thought nothing else of it. I asked for them to make it right by giving us an appropriate discount, and instead the owner brought up how he "upgraded" our system and added additional lights to the pool (which I never asked for or knew were being installed until after the fact). The free "upgrade" does not cancel out the damage to the liner and pool floor. Know what he said? They're going to take out the "upgraded" system and replace it with the basic one in our contract.....and STILL not give the discount that was requested. Overall, my backyard is beautiful and I'm grateful to have a peaceful space to come home to...BUT the process to get here has been horrendous and to have a less than perfect result after a total project cost of over 6 figures is extremely disappointing. Stay away from Pool Force. They do not have the experience or business acumen needed to run a company with contracts this size. It's unfortunate their bad reviews started popping up after we signed our contract but I hope that with enough research, people will discover they are not the right company to do business with.

Nathan also took the time to teach me some helpful pool care tips, which I really appreciated. Their communication is excellent, and their prices are extremely fair. Honestly, they are more affordable than any other pool company I've found in my area! It's refreshing to find a company that genuinely cares about its customers, takes pride in its work, and provides such great service without overcharging.
