A Must-Try! Fusion is our go-to spot--we always have a great experience there. The ambiance is modern and relaxed, perfect for a night out or even a special occasion. The staff is always friendly and attentive, which makes every visit feel welcoming. On our last visit, we started with the Spanish Grilled Octopus--perfectly tender and seasoned just right. The Ribeye Steak was absolutely delicious: juicy, flavorful, and cooked exactly how we ordered. For drinks, our absolute favorites are the Coconut Vibes and the Pink Flamingo--both refreshing and fun! We'll absolutely be back.

Monica answered all my annoying questions about everything and anything she was funny and had great banter as our bartender, the food was great and we will definitely be back

I am a long standing customer of Fusion. We just went back since before the pandemic. We have done takeout many times. The food is always delicious! It is made fresh to order so you have to have patience. They are so kind there and they get to know everyone that comes in. The ambiance may not look like much from the outside but the food is great.

We are just wrapping up and I can say I'm sadly surprised. Sad because for years we lived so close but never came in. You are immediately greeted with a smile and friendly face fro. Who I think is the owner. No cocktail menu, just order what you want and they make it. Very sensitive to my tree nut allergy!! Love that she knew some alcohol and mixers have almonds. We started with the home made gyoza, so thin, so plump, such amazing flavor 10/10 and edamame but not spicy cuz wife. The portion was twice what was expected...for both, 8 gyoza and massive bowl of edamame. Perfectly salted btw. Then we tried the fusionkitchen roll. Wow, beautiful presentation, insanely delicious. I was stunned. Fresh fish, crisp tempura, perfectly sauced. Then we share the Pad Thai and Capital Tender Pork Rib. They were so concerned about my allergy that they made the Pad Thai nut free, when I mentioned peanuts were fine they brought the sauce, nuts and sesame seeds. So sweet of her. It was excellent, just what you'd want from Pad Thai without a heavy or greasy feeling. The pork was amazing! Perfect sweet and sour sauce, boneless bits and she made me steamed veggies on the side. The cocktails were delicious and significantly larger than expected. You pay for what you get and this was top quality so don't expect to pay fast food Chinese prices. This is a very very nice restaurant with excellent quality food. Almost forgot, she gave us, at no charge, an amuse bouche of deliciously pickled veggies. Top notch service and care and the interior was refreshed, clean and smelled great as well as soft calm music playing that made it easy to stick around for longer that we thought we would. Sad I haven't been here before but will be back repeatedly.

PORK BELLY RAMEN

Came here for the first time because I really wanted ramen but didn't want to travel too far for it. We were not disappointed! My pork belly ramen was exactly what I wanted. So delicious! My husband got sushi which he couldn't stop talking about. The owner waited on us and was super attentive and very sweet.

If you enjoy Japanese cuisine, I highly recommend Fusion Kitchen! We were greeted by the friendliest server and were seated right away. While we looked over the menu we were served complimentary pickled radish. Never had it before but it was good! The pork dumplings were amazing. I had the teriyaki steak dish which, was tender and delicious. My husband had the teriyaki beef udon bowl. He said each bite was better than the last! We will be going back and will try the sushi.

So messy.. sloppy presentation. Falling apart everywhere. Waited over an hour! And the soy sauce packets just irked me!

Ok I'm really sad about writing this review. I've come to fusion a few times, ordered out all 3 times. But I wanted to give them a few tries before writing a solid review. Every time I've ordered food, the wait is so extremely long. Like 1+hours for a take out order for just me! Just this past time I ordered a maki roll and chicken pad Thai. She told me 30-40 mins. I didn't leave my house until it had been 45 mins (because I KNEW from previous occasions that it would take longer). I arrived probably 50 mins after I ordered. I still had to sit there and wait for another 15-20 mins. So for one sushi roll and one order of chicken pad Thai I waited over 1 hour and 10 mins. On the phone they said "she's pretty busy." The restaurant had one table and one couple at the bar..... whattttt?!?! The woman who took my order was so so nice and pleasant (always is). She's the only reason they have stars in my review. I sat there and watched her make "my" sushi. Mind you the pad Thai was done and wrapped up and sitting for a while. She finished the roll and to my surprise it wasn't even my roll! It was someone else's in the restaurant. So then she made mine. I ordered a dragon maki roll - shrimp tempura roll with mango on top. However all the roll had was shrimp tempura wrapped in rice. It should have had cucumber, avocado, and spicy mayo. (Super frustrating). The sushi was falling apart by the time I got home. It was so sloppy. Mango pretty much all fell off and the rice was all separating too. The sauces that should have been squirted over the top were in little containers so I had to spread it around myself (not a big deal just really annoying). And the soy sauce came in packets.. again not the biggest deal just super annoying. The sushi was honestly delicious, just so sloppy and missing essential ingredients lol. So then I tasted the chicken pad Thai. It was soggy, noodles all stuck together, and just not great. I've been super disappointed multiple times now, so I felt that I needed to write this review.

Welcome to... desert land. Looking on the outside and defiantly thought it was permanently closed. But we opened the door and it's actually open. But really dead inside. Waited over 50 minutes for the food when we were only 6 inside in the restaurant. Internet reception is just the worse. They have no more beers, no more octopus... Every time we asked "sorry no more"...

Omg...just omg. The food here is SO GOOOD and fresh! The portions were big, we had left overs~ and I can't wait to eat them later! Ordered honey lemon chicken, shrimp teriyaki bento box, and chicken pad thai. Honey lemon chicken is so juicy and flavorful~ mmm Chicken pad thai is a must try here! The chicken is beyond tender and everything taste so fresh. Yummy yummy. Gahhhh, I just love it here and they are also really nice. :) :) and it's really cute.

I was very disappointed to know that this place has been here for years and I have never gone in! Very good customer service and the price is just a few dollars more than the average Chinese restaurant, but this place is better than most of the options around town.

Don't come here for food!!! No way.

MY FELLOW YELP REVIEWERS: this restaurant is good to get drinks, socialize with friends or family. BUT PLEASE DO NOT EAT THERE FOOD!!! I found a bug in the food while I was eating which forced us to throw away $38 worth of food. The customer service was good , so everything I'm writing here is facts. Never ever eat at fushion. They need to be inspected! Look at what we found while eating. . This ain't right

We have come back for a second time. I'd say that the quality of the food is consistent. The service is very good.

This…read morefamily-run restaurant has only been open about a year, but it already feels like an established part of the local dining scene. A nice space. We began with spring rolls (VERY good - chicken and shrimp) and sake, and the sake program deserves special mention. We selected a very enjoyable $38 bottle and noticed several other bottles at lower price points, along with a wide selection of canned sake--many around $11. Some diners may balk at paying that much for a can, but they will happily pay more for a mediocre glass of wine at half the volume. The value here is actually quite good, especially for those looking to explore sake beyond the ordinary. Our entrées--the ramen and chicken katsu--were excellent. The ramen featured a rich, deeply satisfying broth, while the chicken katsu was perfectly crisp on the outside and tender within. If you want a "hotter " ramen - the have an add on for a buck. Service was warm and attentive, reflecting the pride that often comes with a family-owned business. The atmosphere is relaxed and unpretentious, allowing the quality of the food to take center stage. Bristol is fortunate to have Sakuratani. Strong Japanese dining options can be hard to find outside larger cities, and for a restaurant only a year old, they seem to be doing many things right. We look forward to returning and exploring more of their menu--and their sake offerings. Highly recommended.

Turns out the chicken ramen was the best I've ever had. It was perfect. Hot temperature and medium spicy. The chicken was lightly crisp and fried. It was a surprise and really good. The Thai iced tea was average and not made fresh.

Whether you want a bowl of ramen, a rice bowl, some small plate appetizers or just a milk tea, this place is top notch all the way around. Their portions are great & they always serve quality and fresh bowls of ramen. I most recently tried their Tom Yum Ramen, which is fairly new to their menu. The spicy broth, shrimp, wonton skin and everything in between was perfect. I'm already craving another bowl. This has become a regular spot for me. If you are a ramen head (or aspiring one) and live in the central MA area... Kinzen is a must try.

Finding a good bowl of ramen in Boston is hardly unusual. Finding one of this caliber tucked away…read morein suburban Marlborough is a pleasant surprise. Kinzen's Tan Tan Ramen was impressive, beginning with a deep, rich, creamy pork broth that delivered remarkable depth of flavor without being overwhelming. The chashu was tender and well seasoned, while the bok choy provided a welcome contrast in texture and freshness. Each component seemed carefully considered, contributing to a bowl that was both balanced and deeply satisfying. Perhaps the most unexpected highlight was the marinated egg. I've never been particularly enthusiastic about the soft-boiled eggs that accompany ramen, but this one was exceptional. The yolk was perfectly cooked, with a silky, almost custard-like consistency, while the pronounced soy flavor suggested a generous amount of time spent marinating. It was a small detail that spoke volumes about the kitchen's attention to preparation. The one reservation is the price. At roughly $18 to $19 for a basic bowl, with additional ingredients priced separately, Kinzen is somewhat more expensive than I anticipated, particularly for a casual suburban ramen shop. Still, when the cooking is this accomplished, the price becomes a secondary consideration. Kinzen is an unexpected find in MetroWest, serving ramen that could comfortably hold its own against offerings from more established urban kitchens. A welcome reminder that good food doesn't always require a trip into the city.
