I recently moved to MA from Hawaii where we have A LOT of Chinese and Asian cuisine! So my bar is high and while I've been craving some of those comfort foods, I've also been hesitant to go through the trial and error process of trying to find a reliable spot here. This was a good start! Great flavor, not drowning in gravy or other additives that a lot of Chinese restaurants use to mask poor ingredients. I went in during lunch with my toddler to grab some take out and the gentleman there smiled and immediately walked out from behind the counter to fetch a lollipop to give to my daughter :) It was a very sweet gesture and made for a great first impression. I really appreciated the furniture and decor. The chairs were large, stylish and comfortable. And there were flatscreen tv's throughout the restaurant. The place itself was very clean and the kitchen was open (so there was nothing left to the imagination which certainly gave me peace of mind to see first hand how the food was being prepped.) We got the chicken broccoli box lunch with fried rice, 3 crab rangoons and bottled water. The portions were very generous! We could only finish half of the meal, so took the rest home along with the Thai Beef Basil for my husband. The rangoons were great, with light, crispy shells that didn't taste greasy or loaded with sodium. Overall the meal was a success and we will definitely be going back again soon. So glad to have found my new go-to, quick Asian Cuisine place that fills you up without putting you in an MSG coma afterwards. And they deliver :) P.S. Based on our experience, this restaurant is oddly overrated. While the service was superlative, the food was greasy and overcooked and frankly pedestrian. We ate only a little of the food and then we threw away the rest of the food. read more

I LOVE THIS PLACE. It's not very good reheated, (except the fried rice and scallion pancakes), but when it's hot and fresh, it's AMAZING. DEFINITELY get the regular chicken fried rice and the scallion pancakes. The pork dumplings are really good too. Everyone there is so sweet, and your food is very quickly made. After moving to Bellingham we searched for a good Chinese delivery place and most of the places here are horrible. This place is not the best Chinese you will ever have in your life but in a 10 mile radius it is tops. The General Gaos is a 5 out of 5, Orange Chicken 4.5, Peking Ravioli are 4, Fried rice and lo mein are 5, Crab Rangoon are average, spring rolls are average. I like the fried rice the best. The only bad reviews this place gets is from people from out of town. I moved here and back there the take out was WAY better but after living here for 5 years I say out of average this is the best. read more

SO GOOD. It's the only amazing place in or around Bellingham that serves Asian food and has take-out. Everything I've tried so far is amazing AND different. They have all the expected dishes but also some great unexpected ones too (the mayo shrimp was delicious- don't be scared to try it!). The food is quality and you get a lot for your money. The inside is beautiful and FAR MORE upscale than any other take out places near by. It's modern and you can tell they really put thought into every detail- even the bathrooms. The staff's wicked nice, foods crazy good, you get great food for little more than you would spend on a value meal. If you eat-in you feel like you're at a wicked nice restaurant, you can get take-out on your way home from work, AND they deliver. I love this place. read more

This place is delicious. We have been trying different places in the area, I am never going anywhere else after trying this it's the best Chinese I have ever tried and I am almost a connoisseur. Best Chinese/Thai in the area, hands down. The Chinese part of the menu is fresh...crisp veggies, quality sauces, and generally better fare than you find at most takeout spots (heavy, greasy, salty without much flavor). The Thai part really shines, though. We haven't had such good pad thai since we moved out to the burbs. The other winner for me is the Tom Ka Gai soup, which I adore, but again, haven't had up to my standards in a long time. Theirs is perfectly savory, tart and coconutty. So good. read more

My boyfriend and I had a hankering for Chinese food the other night and I've had the menu for this place lying around for a while as a reminder to check it out. The reviews were good so it looked promising. I initially wanted to eat there as I was hoping to enjoy a decent, quick no frills meal. The place is nice inside and has potential, but it was FREEZING COLD inside. So we decided to order and take it home (I waited in the car because it was so cold inside). The few tables they have set up look inviting though, my only other complaint about the inside is they have a large empty cooler when you walk in, and it just looks unfinished. But anyways, we ordered veggie fried rice, General Gao's, beef and pea pods and egg rolls. The veggie rice was delish, with real fresh veggies and the beef dish was great too, came with white rice that was cooked perfectly. Egg rolls were average and I didn't care for the general gao's, but my boyfriend really enjoyed it, and I have to say I'm not a huge fan of it anyways. Prices were a tad high, but that's not an issue for me as long as the food is good. I am looking forward to trying their Thai food! Three stars for letting me down on the eat in part and steep prices on some mediocre things (egg rolls) and 9 $ veggie fried rice....but I will be back! read more

Fusion Express is the best quality Chinese food in the area hands down. Pick up orders are never longer then 15 minutes and delivery I have never had to wait more then 30.
