Owner, was my best friend when I was buying a motorcycle for my grandson, helpful and friendly. Today stopped by with an issue about the bike. When I first arrived, staff was helpful and, a mechanic came out to look. He stated that he would return to address the issue. 30 minutes later I finally confronted the owner, he was short and and basically told me that he had told his mechanic to return to the shop and not offer any further assistance. This could have been relayed to me before I stood around for 30 minutes. He was also extremely curt and dismissive. When I purchased the motorcycle, I was welcomed to the Fusion Cycle family. I paid $88 to have my bike assembled and picked it up today. I wanted to check the bike with a technician, but they were too busy and told me to come back tomorrow if I wanted to change the stem well I can replace this by myself in 5 mins, these guys were kidding me. I had already emailed them that I would bring an extra stem today and they confirmed it, but they didn't seem to care about my bike when I picked it up. I just left the store and noticed that they did a terrible job assembling the bike. I called them and they blamed me for not telling them about the problem when I picked up the bike. They asked me to come back again, but I don't trust them anymore. This store is very unprofessional and careless. If you value your safety, stay away from these guys. I don't want them to touch my bike again when they can't even do their job properly. Just go to Rei or other bike shops. read more

I was in desperate need of tune up and trying to convert my stumpjumper to tubeless setup. I called and emailed couple of the bike shop to see if they can do it. None come through because most only focusing on selling bikes instead of doing repair. Finally emailed Fusion cycle and they reply right away and willing to do the job. I met Lewis and Luis at the shop and they gave me couple option of tune up. So I went with the pro tune up and also upgraded my bike with sram XX1 groupset. These guys went above and beyond to get my bike ready before 4th of july weekend and they did. My Bike looked incredible. I highly recommend them for any of your bike needs. This is an extremely unprofessional business. On May 28, I placed an order for my bicycle, and Fusion Cycles charged my card. After two months of waiting to get in contact with the owners for updates on the status of my order, I found out these people had NEVER placed the order for the part! Once they finally placed the order I had to wait another week for the part to arrive only to find out they had ordered the wrong part. Another week went by. I made an appointment for them to finally put the part and fix my bike, and then, to add insult to injury, one of the owners THREATENED me, saying he was going to "end me if he saw me in the street" because I had contacted the main provider to verify that this time the order had actually been placed. The level of unprofessionalism of this so-called "business" is abysmal. These riffraff of people should not be in the customer service business, and should not be trusted!! read more
