Rude? Yes. When I shopped for bikes for my kids, I bypassed the place and bought mine in Ft Lee! After 20+ years of patronage, I am never to step in there again because the owner condescends on his customers! Not everyone who rides a road bike rides 10,000 miles, but a local shop owner should not make them feel inferior when they have supported them for so many years.

When I first arrived, staff was helpful and, a mechanic came out to look. He stated that he would return to address the issue. 30 minutes later I finally confronted the owner, he was short and and basically told me that he had told his mechanic to return to the shop and not offer any further assistance. This could have been relayed to me before I stood around for 30 minutes. He was also extremely curt and dismissive. When I purchased the motorcycle, I was welcomed to the Fusion Cycle family. Apparently it's only family when you are buying.

BikeFixNYC is for anyone out there like me that spent several thousand for an ebike from California that has no support/mechanics here in NYC. Surron, Super73, Onyx, Ghostcat, Revv1, PowerGoat, you name it and BikeFix got you. They honestly do not disappoint. Plus they're honest and trustworthy. I brought my PG V3 for some new rear shocks and Greg did a phenomenal job. He also removed some pegs that I had difficulty with. I won't take my bike anywhere else!

I give the $20 and they argue with me, and someone not involved gets involved and I feel like I'm being attacked. I leave the shop again, and the back tire, just "fixed" is completely flat by the time I got home 5 blocks. I thought the shop was going to be OK, but I cannot recommend it. Plus, I have a completely flat back tire.

Always a good sign. Jonathan was happy to answer any question I had while he worked on the bike. Took a bit longer than I'd expected, but what do I know. I'm very happy with the results. At no point should bolts randomly fling off your bike while you going down the Brooklyn bridge going 24mph. I'm a high school student and I had to pay for my bike with my own money. I've been working since 10th grade to help my mom because she is a single parent so for me the loss of about 5k including repairs leave me without transportation as I can not afford to repair it at this point. I've spent 3.7k on a bike, this isn't including the repairs i had to pay over the span of a year which amount to at least 1.4k+ after random bolts detaching and motor failing, and as soon as the warranty expired my bike had a random electrical issue where the bike wouldn't accelerate. From the owner Pete: OK, where are you going? (Direct email sent from owner) 1- Last Mile NYC replaces all of the electronics on your bike. The cost of the parts and labor is $2910.54 2- Send your bike back to Super73. They will do their own diagnosis, and determine the issues and fix the problems. Unfortunately your bike is not under warranty, the cost of packing up and freighting your bike to and from Super73 will be around $1200. Plus their diagnostic fee, parts and labor. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Since he was not able to repair it, he agreed to ship the scooter to my son which he failed to do. Finally, as a service recovery, the owner agreed then to refund the cost for the scooter repair, $300, to my son but he also failed to do this. He has taken advantage of my son. He has not returned my son's scooter and has not refunded him $300. This is wrong. This is a breach of contract. Please be careful with this business.
