I have received an initial text from someone who signs it "Nick T". My bike has a broken front fork which needs to be replaced. Since then, I've been texting this guy in good faith and trying to accommodate his time frame, and his (in)ability to find a replacement fork. I've done everything he's asked of me, but I have received nothing but words on a text from him. he can't find a decent replacement for work??? Apparently he's in the wrong business! What a runaround sham. Do not waste your time! Do not expect service or consideration! There are a lot of other vendors, who are willing and able to do repairs, and or sell you a good bike. Stay away from this place where you would waste a lot of time. STAY AWAY. CONTACT A REAL BICYCLE REPAIR AND SALES BUSINESS. PLENTY OUT THERE!

The last to times I was there he wasn't in even though it said open. He is very apologetic when this happens so that makes up for the fact. I was very happy about that because I had questions! My ex-wife and I told him all about what we wanted to us the bike for and our price range as well as measure and explain the appropriate size l. I had no idea there were so many options and that bikes had a suspension system! My ex was offended when he suggested a what some may think is a feminine color to her, but I'm with him in this one. I wanted the olive green. Mike helped me out with the bike rack that fit on a 2013 Civic and a focus. I was able to adjust it to fit my car and allow any potentially curios police officers to see my license plate. I also got a wheel lock and water bottle holder. I regretted not getting a gel seat cushion. I definitely recommend you go here for a bike. I'm probably going to go back for a thick tire mountain bike!

Rude? Yes. When I shopped for bikes for my kids, I bypassed the place and bought mine in Ft Lee! After 20+ years of patronage, I am never to step in there again because the owner condescends on his customers! Not everyone who rides a road bike rides 10,000 miles, but a local shop owner should not make them feel inferior when they have supported them for so many years.

Beginner trail was like an intermediate, steep rough, nothing that 9yo could handle. This is no beginner terrain. Not to mention his bike seat wasnt even adjusted correctly and he couldnt touch the ground. Met bikers on the trail from vermont that said its not a beginner mountain. Went to management, jackie obrian, she could care less. I will never go to this mountain again for any reason. I would stay away. They are just out for your money.

The weather report then changed to lightning storms for that day, which obviously is dangerous to be outside on a mountain. I tried numerous times calling and leaving emails early in the day before my booking. Never got a call or message back. I would have been happy with a raincheck but impossible to get in contact with anyone. The website makes it easy to take your money but zero provisions or explanation on rainchecks. Don't book in advance here and hopefully you don't need anyone on the phone. Hope they are happy stealing my money.
