It's a huge place, half way in I got a flat tire! S**t...its early afternoon, everyone's at work, how am I going to get out of here?! So I called the owner Grimaldo Duran of Legend Bikes, it was a long shot but before I could finish telling him my dilemma he said, I'll be right there. He waited outside bc I didnt know where I was and he waited 30 mins for me to push my 70lb bike out to the entrance. WOW now that's customer service! Who does that?
