Rude? Yes. When I shopped for bikes for my kids, I bypassed the place and bought mine in Ft Lee! After 20+ years of patronage, I am never to step in there again because the owner condescends on his customers! Back to shop, fixed tire and when I asked the price, they said $25, but I mentioned the wall sign says $20 fixed rate. I give the $20 and they argue with me, and someone not involved gets involved and I feel like I'm being attacked. I leave the shop again, and the back tire, just "fixed" is completely flat by the time I got home 5 blocks. I thought the shop was going to be OK, but I cannot recommend it. Plus, I have a completely flat back tire.

I was sold a bicycle that they will admit, never exists and is not available in the USA. However as you speak to them they make you feel like the guilty party. I purchased at a dealer, a Biria 700c E7 bicycle back on June 21, 2016 and to this day have not received the bike. Together with the dealer Spokesman Cycle, I have been promised and lied to three times! Do not trust Biria USA, avoid the headache and buy another bike.
