Quick car wash to go through. Weekends can get busy but they do a good job keeping the line moving.

I was very disappointed with my experience. I paid for an inside-and-out cleaning, but the results were below expectations. The exterior still had visible dirt and streaks, and the interior was not cleaned thoroughly. There was dust left on surfaces, dirt on mats, and the inside of the doors were not wiped down. read more

I'm 77 years old and have never had a better car wash. I paid for both exterior and interior cleaning. The drive-through exterior wash seemed standard and quite satisfactory, but the attention to detail on the interior was astounding and impressive! The staff cleaned little crevices that I'm sure had never been touched before. Windows, dashboard, upholstery, and floor mats were given careful attention and look terrific. Highly recommend! read more

Did a truck and a van in one weekend. No issues with basic wash on truck or the one step up wash on van. Took the van to spectrum drive location and had interior detailed. Loved the attention to detail and overall clean. Took truck to TJ and could have vacuumed but opted to be lazy. Wait was short at both locations read more

My car has literally never been cleaner. Stopped by on a Sunday morning in a very dirty, pollen and leaf encrusted car. It really needed a full detail but there wasn't any availability until a few days later. The service the Fusion team then proceeded to provide for a very reasonable amount was like a detail. Got an automated wash and the guy doing the initial spray took his time to make sure everything was covered, and it really seemed to make a difference with the final product. I've never seen my car so clean from an automatic wash. Then I paid for the interior vacuum and the Fusion team continued to exceed expectations. They looked like a pit crew with several team members jumping in to vacuum, wipe down every interior detail, dry the exterior and basically show my car a lot more love than I ever have in 11 years of ownership. I thought I put on a pretty good tip when I purchased the wash and vacuum, but I was so pleased the final product that I left more in the tip box. Everyone was super friendly and professional, and they didn't make me feel embarrassed that I brought in such a dirty car. I only wish I lived closer so that I could come here more often! read more

I've been a member ever since the place opened. Great to stop by and get the crud off the outside of your car. More so as soon it will be road salt season. The cleanings are worth the monthly fee. More so as you can pop on by every day if you like. My plan also includes the interior cleaning. Whilst not on a level with a professional detail, it cleans almost everything out of the footwells that accumulate, as I drive for a living. read more

Just an awesome job and great employees! Very professional and pleasant experience! The unlimited monthly is also a great value

Was there for the first time on 13/09/25 and spent $35 to get the outside and inside cleaned on a new car, Good job on the outside; terrible job on the inside. The inside of 4 doors and the back of the seats looked as if no one made an attempt to clean them, the seats weren't vacuumed well and still contained dirt, and the car mats were still dirty , they broke my door cup holder. They said this didn't happen here. Bad customer service and also bad service read more

Fusion Carwash - That how they give me my car. - Car Wash Near Me - Frederick, Maryland

I hate to be this person but honestly such rude ppl working here. All kids, don't know how to communicate. Terrible customer service. It was my first time there so didn't know how they operate, and no one communicated to me how they do things until it was too late. The car wash it's self was good, but I honestly won't be coming back unless I really really need a car wash. read more

Machine does a great job washing. Even though I tip at least $5, the free hand drying is good too. I like how the machine can read my license plate. read more

Was there for the first time on 3/10/25 and spent $50 to get the outside and inside cleaned on a new car with a few thousand miles on it. Good job on the outside; terrible job on the inside. The inside of 2 doors and the back of the seats looked as if no one made an attempt to clean them, the seats weren't vacuumed well and still contained dirt, and the car mats were still dirty. I didn't notice this until I got home and had to finish the job myself. Granted, the place was busy but that's no excuse to do a poor job, especially on a new car which should be the easiest cars to clean. I will not be back. read more

I was at the fusion car wash- it is worth it! They opened the tailgate of my Toyota and actually wiped down the hydraulics that lifts it. They wiped down everything in the front. They did a great job vacuuming- the poor guy was scrubbing with the vacuum like crazy to get the dog hair. I thought they did a great job! They are getting the inside rims of the doors when they are open. The staff have been very polite and kind. They answered any questions I had and there was a place to sit where I could watch them work on the inside of the car. I was very happy with the service. read more

I can't praise Robert and his staff highly enough. I took my car in for exterior wash and interior detail. They did an excellent job, for a good price. Then my car broke down right in the detailing area! Wouldn't start and ran the battery flat. The staff - especially Robert - really helped me out: they did what they could to help to help fix the car, even gave me a jump start, and were so kind about the whole charade. In the end I was able to limp hom with a beautiful looking car. Now all I need is to fix the motor! read more

It's hard to find a good Carwash place in Frederick that cleans outside and inside your car. I originally had Autospa however I would need to drive to Germantown to get the full service inside and outside. So I decided to try Fusion for a month just a few days ago. I did notice that there was still some spots that were still dirty on the outside of my car but that could be from not getting it cleaned for sometime. The inside of the car was ok since under the front seats looked as there was still debris that wasn't vacuumed very well. For this I will give them 4 out of 5. I'm not sure but I don't think they have vacuums in case they miss spots. ‍ read more

Love this place! Car washed and detailed. Will definitely come back! Carpets were steam cleaned.

Machine wash doesn't really do a thorough clean and when they do a hand wipe down; quite a few spots still left on the exterior that I had to point out. They always state it won't come out but when I do a wipe down myself, it comes off - repeatedly having to demonstrate this to the attendant is annoying. Also this time, the interior was also surface level cleaned.. specifically, some dirt residue remained on windshield and front speakers which I only noticed once home, thus 2 stars. Looks like a dirty rag was used, black tar like substance on the interior of the windshield, didn't make sense Not satisfied with ultimate package ($45) and having to clean again at home read more

I like the idea you can get your car clean inside and outside any time of the month for just $50.00. Nice sit area with air conditioning with TV and coffee. read more

I've brought my car here several times and it feels like it comes out dirtier than when it goes in. The service is always fine, but perhaps I need to get it wiped down after leaving the wash itself. From a pure wash standpoint, I feel its a waste to come here. read more

Went to fusion car wash, and from the customer waiting area it looked like a thorough job was being done, but when we left I noticed the side that we couldn't see was untouched in a lot of areas and shortcuts were taken all around. The trunk looked like it was not vacuumed at all, but the attendant claimed it would need steaming to be effective. read more

The menu is misleading. Plus I thought I was getting rims hand cleaned and didn't .no tire shine and they didn't wipe doen the dash good . The manager was rude and not helpful . And just walked away I've been in the Detail business for over 30yrs . Unacceptable. Terribly ran . I wouldn't recommend to anyone read more

The first 5 times I took my car there, they did a phenomenal job, now it has been 4 times that they have been leaving it dirty on the inside. Doors and seats are left with the same dirt on them. I always tip so it's basically a waste of my money. I'm not going back! I was very satisfied but nothing but disappointing stuff the last 4 visits. read more

This carwash is new and I decided to give it a chance! I did not regret it. The manager was friendly and welcoming. He was extremely knowledgeable and recommended the best package for my car. The team was focused and paid attention to detail. Left my car spotless. I really enjoyed my experience and will be back again soon! They have a monthly membership and with the unpredictable weather this year it definitely seems worth it! I would highly recommend checking out this Carwash! If you're unsure which wash is best suited for your car be sure to ask for Robert and he will walk you through the best options for YOU! I felt like he was honest and transparent with me and not trying to up sell at all. I really appreciate his honestly and kindness! Will be back soon! read more

I have the monthly membership and I go 1-2x a week depending on the weather. I don't like the waxes so I have the membership that washes the undercarriage of the car, so slightly above a basic wash. My small SUV is otherwise garaged and not driven everyday. I've used my membership roughly 6 times now and I just don't think Fusion does a good job of washing my car. My undercarriage doesn't get rinsed and there is still visible dirt in my wheel wells, my mirrors and my wheels always still have dirt and soap on them. I will say typically the employees are friendly and helpful. It's just not the best wash I've ever subscribed to. read more

The full car wash with the steam treatment is exceptional - looks like I had the car detailed for a fraction of the price. Really good attention to detail, and they're not afraid to use a little elbow grease when appropriate to leave surfaces clean. Excellent value! read more

This was my first time coming here. I got the Fusion Finish Car wash with the Interior add on and they did absolutely amazing!! Everything looks so clean and they were really quick. So if you need to get your car washed, I HIGHLY recommend Fusion. I have a Tesla 3 which I've taken to other touchless car washes during the winter months. Although I have no problems getting it into Neutral, something about Neutral and other car wash's track that moves the car through the tunnel don't agree with each other. I was very excited when Tesla's "car wash mode" came out. Unfortunately, my experience using it at the other place in town was even more traumatic than before. Today, I sat outside the other place but couldn't make myself go in so I drove over to check out Fusion. I was sitting outside looking at reviews, when the owner came out to check on me in the parking lot, explained it all to me and offered to help me (without the condescension I got at from other place). They actually drove my Tesla into the car wash for me while I sat in the passenger seat to ease my stress. He even had me put it into "car wash mode" which I was a little scared to use again. It worked beautifully! The pricing is as good as, if not better than, the other place and they are a family owned and take much more care. It did take a smidge longer but they wipe it down for free and cleaned the interior for $15 extra. I could not be more happy! read more

This place is awesome. They did an awesome job cleaning and my Xterra. I got the Fusion Max with Fusion Steam and it is as if I have a brand new SUV. This place is the bomb! They cleaned my car so well! Truly appreciated and will come back!

Car wash turned off while I was in the hand spray area. When the wash was turned back on my car (which was extremely dirty) never got sprayed. There was no manager on duty. Someone who identified himself as Cory and a supervisor informed me that my car was clean and it didn't need to be sprayed! The rims on my car were still dirty!! I asked why every car entering the wash was getting sprayed (the other cars were very clean) he had no response. Cory told me that I could pay to go through again!! I got their top wash (25 dollars) and tipped 5 dollars on top of that!! So buyer beware, you might or might not get what you pay for. If you don't get what you pay for they refuse to do anything to make it right!!! read more

First time using this car wash and it was a great experience! The owner Robert actually came out to greet me at the display and tell me all about the pricing. He was super friendly and involved. If he keeps this customer service up, this business will do very well! Being new to to this wash, I was in awww about all the different car wash options (was a bit much at first) as I'm used to just washing my car myself or a quick gas station car wash. I'm sure I'll figure it out after doing some research and let it soak in. They have subscription pricing which is cool for those who wash their cars frequently. Me personally, I'm on the fence on subscription but it doesn't seem like a bad idea if I wash my car weekly! All in all it was a great experience, and it was great to see the owner excited about his business! Nice work Robert! read more
