USAA offered me a few options for repair after I hit a raccoon on 695 and busted the front bumper of my Jaguar XF. Chose these guys based on reviews. I am glad I did. My service rep was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with. I was worried about paint matching -- he assured me it would and he was right-- perfect match. Coming up on 7 weeks, the car went in with major damage to the rear only, came out with damage in the front. After numerous calls and a different person each time and an investigation by the insurance company the car will be repaired. No problem with the front end for almost two weeks before going on for repairs. I won't point fingers but put two and two together. read more

I just want to say that I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with AUTO DIMENSIONS BODY SHOP. They are a select service for Statefarm Ins Co. I had several grievance's with this Shop. First- I was told that the work could be done as soon as possible. My vehicle wasn't really drivable and had to get repairs made promptly. Two days later, ( Wed ) I called and said I was bringing it in. They informed me that my parts weren't stock items and it would take 5 days for them to get parts. ( 2005 Pontiac Grand Am) A pretty basic vehicle. A hour before that, I had called Enterprise to secure my rental. Enterprise had one car left and it was for me. ALSO, the next day Thurs I had to pick guest up at airport and needed a reliable car. So long story short, I had to pay for 5 days out of my pocket. I needed a car, Auto D didn't inform me about ordering a part which threw me back a week and Enterprise couldn't give me car for Thurs and then return and pick up on Mon when parts were in. Next time when a customer asks when work can be done, TELL THEM ABOUT ORDERING THEIR PART. Second, i had clothing items and a jacket on my backseat and Auto D took a white trash bag and PUT EVERY LOOSE ITEM THAT WAS IN MY CAR, in that bag, including a ashtray, a thermos of half-filled coffee, and trash and all the CLOTHES AND JACKET. The coffee leaked out all over and ruined every piece of clothing and jacket. I told the office manager what happened and she didn't even apologize and said, " oh really?" and that her guy wouldn't do that. Third, when I picked car up, got home and noticed a headlight was out on the same side as damage. So I call and go back to get it fixed. They fix it a second time and I got home and light out again! It was New Years and no one would stay late to fix it. In fact the guy said, " if you get pulled over its just a warning ticket. I said, it's New Years Eve. Are you kidding me? Then he said that he could give a shit. Wrote way to much and have more but not gonna type it! THE EMPLOYEES ARE ARROGANT, SELF ABSORBED PEOPLE WHO HAVE, NOT ONE SINGLE CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILL. This shop cost me my car. I am so angry. My 2004 vehicle was side swiped while parked on the street and the right rear tail light was smashed along with a very small area of the body around it. They basically totaled my car saying that the cost of the repair exceeded the value of the car since it needed an entire rear quarter panel replaced. I protested but had no recourse since the insurance company deemed it totaled. I ended up having to buy a new car even though I had fully intended to drive this car for at least another 50-75,000 miles. I sold the car to a friend as a project car for his kids and they banged out the dent had it fully repaired for the cost of a tail light and a junk yard bumper (which was not damaged but removed in the inspection process). They obviously are in cahoots with the insurance companies. I will never use them again and am going to report them to the BBB. read more

I took my Ford Fusion to another body shop and they said the paint job could not be matched. I took it to Autobody Dimensions and they matched it perfectly. You can not tell where it was painted. I am THRILLED with their work, they office staff is as wonderful as the guys in the shop! HIGHLY recommend! read more
