They quickly said they would rather fix it instead of replacing it so I could save some money. I was a little unsure of how it would turn out with just the fix, but WOW! They did awesome. I was a little…read moreconcerned as a few reviews mentioned people leaving the shop with more dents/scratches on their cars than when they arrived. I was pleased with the entire process. A body shop mechanic met me, went over everything he would do, and soon the Geico rep joined us, making sure I had every question answered. The body shop mechanic went around my car and noted every possible scratch and tiny dent. He was far more thorough than a car rental company! The car was ready when they promised, and it looks fantastic. I had an emailed estimate within a couple of hours, and the shop texted and emailed me during the process and when my car was ready. I had two estimates from other body shops in Frederick, and both were hundreds of dollars higher than Zamora. Perhaps that was because I asked for a self-paying estimate.

Do NOT bring your car here. We dropped off our Range Rover Discovery a week ago and the door was…read moredamaged, with no other damage. Picked up the car today and the paint had some specs in it, and they said they would wet sand it to get the specs out while I waited. It didn't work. Eric Zamora offered me $50 or $100 discount so he wouldn't have to paint the whole door again. He said the paint had a "Lifetime" guarantee. I said that's fine, I would pay the full amount. Drove the car home and then noticed that the passenger side side view mirror was melted. Literally the paint and plastic was melted.....!!!! So I called them and drove all the way back to the shop and Eric was already gone for the day, but his worker said that they looked at a picture from the front of the car and said they could see a shadow showing that the sideview mirror looked "wavey" Bull crap!!! He said they took the mirror and the door off the front passenger side to do work on the rear passenger side, and that they only put the sideview mirror in the car and that it couldn't have gotten damaged.... I said there is NO WAY that my sideview mirror could get MELTED on the top of it while it was on my car. The plastic and paint are literally melted!!! Car is in great condition except the door that had to be repaired. Now they are saying that the MELTED sideview mirror must have already been like that. No pictures of the sideview mirror damage prior to doing the work. They melted the sideview mirror at the shop. Don't know how or who, but it wasn't melted when I dropped it off....... Every place I have ever been too takes detailed pictures of a car to make sure that this exact thing doesn't happen!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP. BEWARE. Dishonest. Go somewhere else.....

I always drove past this place and like a kid in a toy store I did a lot of "I want! I want!"…read morecomments (to myself, mostly). I mean, what guy wouldn't want one of the Hellcats or Corvettes they have sitting out front? Perhaps one day... I did, however, buy a new Ford F-150 from them. Price wise, I don't think they're the cheapest place to buy a car, but I think you have to look at everything these days when buying a vehicle. Plus, with resources like True Car, it's pretty easy to see if you're getting hosed or not. I negotiated with them and they came down to right around where I wanted to be for total cost out of the door. What really sold me on Krietz was their family culture at their office. A lot of their employees have been there a long time and that says something about the business and the leadership. I also really liked that it was a full-service spot too that does custom work and routine maintenance. The service department has been honest and communicative about options, etc. For example, my check engine light came on a month ago and I took it in. They diagnosed the issue as a problem with the injectors and they knew it was something that would be covered under warranty, so they let me know they were taking care of it. Lastly, their customer waiting area is very comfortable and they're just a few min walk from Frederick Coffee Co, Glory Doughnuts, Pistarro's, or Family Meal. If you're in the market for a new car, truck, some custom work, or just looking for an oil change/brake job shop, I would definitely recommend Krietz.

Service was excellent. The job took a few days and since I was out of town (nearly 2 hr drive each way), they provided a loaner vehicle at no cost. I had a buddy with a Super Duty, who could pull my car the .5mi to the shop and I had almost no choice but to get the work done there. Within an hour and a half of dropping off my car and walking the 1.5 miles home, I got a call for an estimate of parts and labor. They even gave me a lift to my insurance agency for no charge, so I could file a claim. They had the parts delivered and the repair work done in just over a day's time. They also inspected under the hood for any other damage my stupidity may have caused, which I also don't think I was charged for. They told me of things I need to look out for in the future. My mom, who had to front me the money on her credit card, just drove my car home and said it feels pretty good. Very courteous, very honest, very fast service. The only problem is I have to give my much sleeker and sexier rental (a 2012 forest green Toyota Corolla LE) back to Enterprise. Major car envy, but thats the breaks (pun intended).
