Car was ready when they said, the work done was way more than we could have hoped for, they left it brand new they even buffed out and fixed some spots on the bumper that weren't part of the accident! The first estimate was that we would get our car back in two weeks. Then after that, it became every 3-5 days, with some times where they would never respond back. We finally got our car back about 6 weeks later with more problems. The fuse box was falling off and the man told me, "There's documentation that shows it was like that when it came in." I was floored...I didn't sign off on any documentation. The suggestion from the staff was to tape the cover back up with double sided tape. The rear window wiper was installed upside down (the wiper was cleaning the license plate instead of the window), the gear shifter was very sticky, and there was a part missing from the gear box. All damages were cosmetic on the rear end, so we're not sure what they were doing in the gear box to begin with. We asked them to replace the plug and after multiple times of inquiring when it would come in, we ended up just giving up. The guys who work here are really nice. They had our car for a long time and fixed a dent for us for free, but in this case I would have preferred professional competence over "really nice". It seems like they're more geared towards auto detail instead of auto collision.

I purchased a new VW Jetta and I was looking for premium & long lasting paint coating and detailing…read morefor my car. a friend of mines told me about Beyond Show Room (BSW) located in Clarksburg MD. I called BSW and made an appointment to get my car evaluated. when I got there I met with the owner, who took his time showing me before and after pictures of his work, then we walked around my car and with a special light, he showed me all of the scratches on the paint of my BRAND NEW CAR!!! ??? hair scratches ALL over the car! we went over the various packages that BSW offers and I picked complete exterior restoration and protection as well as internal detailing and coating protection of my leatherette seats. The price was not cheap! but compared to other places, it was the most cost effective for me and for what I was looking for. the work took 2 days to complete, but when I came back to pick up my car, one could really see how vibrant the paint color and shade was.... this is the way the car should had looked from the dealership! the inside was perfect cleaned and BSW conducted a demonstration on my leatherette seats, how spills do not get absorbed by the seat material and how easy it is to clean after the spills. When I took my car home, my wife was so but so impressed that she too had her car done (only the complete exterior restoration and protection treatment). BSW explained that with hand washes the treatment should last up 18 months before having to do another optional protective cote. my wife and I had the treatment done over 8 months, we are doing our own car hand washing and the paint still looks as good as it did, when we first had it done! drying the car is a breeze since the water pebbles up and streaks off the paint ( same thing happens when it rains ) one of our neighbors liked our cars paint treatment so much, that he too had his truck done.
