It is a long wait but it's a really thorough detail for a great price. If you aren't in a hurry this is the place to go, but they do have the fast exterior only drive through as well. read more

Definitely one of the most professional car washes I've been to, they do an excellent job at cleaning your cars interior as well as exterior. I would give them six stars, but there's only five. read more

Yesterday, I accidently locked the keys inside my truck while waiting in line at the car wash. This held up business for an hour or so until a locksmith showed up and got my truck open. Many thanks to facility manager JARED for his help and kindness in lining up a locksmith and keeping everyone calm, including myself, while waiting for locksmith to show up. DMR Brunswick read more

it was 40 degrees and the wind was fierce and they still did the best join I've ever had done outside a full detail. i made sure to tip them for that kind of work ethic in that cold and they deserved it. best wash for the money no doubt. read more

Service is second to none, professional, courteous and thorough, OUTSTANDING. I asked to have the inside vacuumed and mats super cleaned. and I wanted the regular wash job for the exterior to include the tires and rims. I have visited many carwash stations. this wash is worth every penny. They also prepare the mirrors and rear window wiper for the machine wash. I love this carwash. Jim read more

What a great, locally owned business to support!! Excellent service, very friendly staff and management. Thoroughly hand cleaned my vehicle pre and post wash, inside and out. Paid close attention to every detail and even went the extra mile on my "post deer season" and pet transport issues. My sport vehicle was clean, shiny, and even smelled good inside and out! Two different automatic car washes had recently damaged my car. I'll only come here from now on! read more

I went and got my car washed today because I needed this oil splash off my car, plus it was due for its monthly cleaning. I didn't think to get out and inspect my car this time because I intentionally purchased the package where they had to apply a protect and shine on the car. They wipe the whole car down before doing that, so they'll catch anything the car wash didn't, right?!?! Nope, the apparently "polished" right over it. Usually I'll over look things like this, but after paying $40, I think this needs to be addressed. EDIT FOR RESPONSE: I'm not sure how to respond to messages directly, so I'll just add it here. No, I came on the 9th. I just edited my comment earlier today because of some typos and I realized it was 3 stars vs the 2 I intended to put. read more

Don't use this car wash, they are fraud. You will go to their car wash one time to get the car wash done, they will save your card details and automatically will put you on the monthly plan. Then will keep charging your card every month and do fraud. read more

Best car wash in Frederick. They take their time and clean inside and out. Always friendly and hard working. As close as you can get to having your car detailed with out the big price tag. read more

This was my first time here. I came based on the reviews that I had seen on Facebook. My car has a soft top and I was concerned about having it run through a car wash. I was assured that they would take great care of it and there would be no issues, I was very impressed with the friendliness of the employees and their thoroughness. I felt the price was very reasonable for the service provided. I will definitely be back! read more

First time customer. Rob, Mason and Mark all did a great job making the car fresh and clean. Thanks Guys ! read more

My new car wash place. Our car had been sitting at a dealer, waiting on an air bag replacement for 2 months. When I got it back, it was musty and dusty (it's an old car). I usually go to Love My Car in Germantown, but they always take forever when I want a super clean (inside and out) and they charge $10 more for SUVs (even small ones), SO I found this car wash via Yelp and decided to give it a try. It was fantastic. I paid $40 for a premium wash/clean, which included a very thorough (but not detailing) clean of my car inside and out, plus air freshener (if you want). They had about 6-7 people working on it and it was done in about 20 minutes. The car looks great, the staff was efficient and the price was less then I would pay down south. I'll be back with our other car soon. read more

The guys here always do a great job and this morning was no different. I find their prices very reasonable especially when getting gas. I attempted to wash my truck yesterday at a do it yourself place. After 20 minutes $10 I stopped and asked why am I doing this. Thanks for always making my baby shine!! read more

If you're in the Frederick area (specifically route 40) then don't waste your time at other car washes, go directly to Shell's Drive Through Car Wash! They do an amazing job and are fairly priced. I took my car soon after the Snow Storm so I needed a good car wash to take off the salt residue. They wash the car with brushes before it goes through the drive-through, so they get all the spots that are usually missed in the drive-through. I then had the car hand dried and vacuumed. I left with a squeaky clean and pleasant smelling car :) I recommend due to the customer service and fair pricing. read more

I decided it was just too hot to try to wash and wax my car, but it was in bad need of detailing. I was wonderfully surprised at what a great job they did - thorough, courteous, worked hard on my little car. While washing the windows, "Rob Daniel" welcomed me as a first time visitor, and provided me with info on memberships. This was a great experience, and my car looks great inside and out! I will definitely return! I left them a well deserved tip! read more

They took care of a food spill, back seat. I'm a fan of their good staff, good service. Thanks. read more

First let me say that these guys do a great job. It's a combination automat and hand clean. They always do a great job and are polite and thorough. It's reflective of the management and training. My car was fantastically clean. Spotless. I witnessed a lady today being a total pain in the a$$. Clearly taking up way to much of the staffs time for what she paid for. She was still in the bay while three or four cars came and went. It was absurd. The guys cleaned and did everything she asked. This is an example of a class act. Keep it up. read more

My favorite car wash in Frederick. Every time I get my car washed, my sparkly shine lasts for weekssss! I haven't had to get a full detail since I bought the car almost a year ago, because I'm able to maintain it so well with the meticulous work they do here. read more

Do not waste your money on this place. Attendant suggested to upgrade to $15 wash because I bought the basic $11 wash. I was broke and couldn't afford $4 more. Told him maybe next time. I've never been to a car wash that only water was sprayed and no soap at all. I will never ever come here to get my car washed again and hope you won't either. read more

Anthony "rookie" takes extra special care as if your car is his own. He even noticed and removed the sticker protection I still had on my Lexus LX570 and I purchased it in April.... It's all about the details and they do a phenomenal job! read more

So courteous and polite. Very little wait. I had just pulled in from a 500 mile trip and the car needed that additional attention to the dead bugs on the grill that they gave. Good value for the price. read more

Went here yesterday to get a wash and opted for the Platinum wash which includes a tunnel wash, and interior and exterior cleaning by the crew. With all the rave reviews and a hefty price tag ($42 plus tip), I was expecting to be wowed. Unfortunately, I wasn't very impressed. A lot of time was spent on my car, so I assumed they were really doing a thorough job. While it certainly was a heck of a lot cleaner than when I brought it in, many details were missed, which, for the price and time spent, was pretty surprising. The back window was streaked and the area was still very dusty, the rear view mirror had not been wiped, and the hood was patchy where they missed the spray with their towels. The dash was patchy with dust. The upholstery was done very well (we have dogs so there was a remarkable improvement), but so many other places were missed, I was left scratching my head. I'd skip this place. There's a Flagship in Shady Grove that offers the same service (but executed much better and more quickly) for less than half the price. I'll just go there after work. read more

After several vacations, drive-thru visits, and garden/brush haulings, we took our bedraggled, encrusted, and overly filthy minivan into the Shell Car Wash. I feel it took a lot of guts to turn this mess over to complete strangers without doing some thorough housekeeping of our own first, but the suffocating heat decided for us, and we sheepishly got out of the car with a muttered apology and "thank you" to the team. After roughly 90 minutes of scrubbing, vacuuming, squeegeeing, spraying, and buffing, our van looked like it was just off the sale lot, and I was actually afraid to get in it for fear of messing it up! I will gladly patronize this car wash again and encourage all of Frederick to realize what a jewel it is. Thanks to Rob and all of his hard-working team! read more

This is a great car wash! If you are someone who maintains their car but doesn't want to take the time to detail or have a professional do it this is your place! They are cheaper than a full detail and do a great job with vacuuming and wiping the inside. Many car wash places I have been will vacuum but not do great on the dash or cup holder area. This place consistently does a good job making the car look fresh and new. I typically do the inside and outside wash but the last 2 times I did the Premium Wash it was well worth it! My car looked new off the lot and kept its shine for a couple weeks! All of the ladies and gentlemen who work there always carry themselves well, are professional and kind! read more

I love going to these guys. They always do a great job. Yesterday was a busy day for them but I was happy to get the winter muck washed off my car. I had a chance to watch everyone in action and could see that despite the line of cars waiting for the added service being done, each car was being given equal and full attention. My car had an unusual amount of mud built up in the wheel wells and they went above and beyond to ensure all of that mud was removed. That is why I will always return here. read more

I counted 14 carwash employees hard at work doing a great job on the cars in their care and keeping up with the continuous line of new arrivals. This is not the cheapest way to get you car washed, but it is the closest you'll get to a professional car detailing, without paying twice as much. I'm going back. The only question is do I sign up for unlimited car washes for a monthly fee. read more

Holy hell. Can I just start by saying that for $42, your car is going to look amazing. I own a 2015 Scion FR-S and never expected the clean to be this good. I thought it was a simple clean, vacuum, done. Was I wrong. They even waxed my car, which I haven't seen, originally living in Gaithersburg. Normally I do my own cleaning but I highly recommend this place to those that need a quick clean for a car meet, a nice date, just feeling good about your car, etc. You will not be sorry on how these guys operate. I will warn you that they get busy in the afternoons but I'm sure the wait won't be a bother once you get it cleaned. Of course there are cheaper washes for you to choose one, but I love having wax on my car to give it an amazing shine. 5/5 definitely recommmend! read more

I was looking for a place I can take my car to get detailed. I came across this car wash and had a great experience there. Not only was it affordable but the customer service was excellent. Everyone worked as a team and two workers named Daniel and Andrew were very helpful with last minute details .... those young men showed that millennials can work hard. I always enjoy a place with professional customer service. read more

This is an excellent carwash. I am always treated very nicely and every single employee is harworking, dedicated, and does good work. My two cars always look beautiful after my car washes, and all of the small details are taken care of. These employees and their management always interact well with all of the customers present whenever I stop by. I always tip well and compliment them for their good work...it is very clear they take pride in what they do. I highly recommend this car wash, been going to it for years, and will continue to patronize it into the future. read more

This is my go-to place for car washes. I get the Platinum once every couple months and they make the car look as good as new. Definitely the most bang for your buck in the area and the staff is extremely friendly. Took my wife's SUV there today and was pleasantly surprised when they came over and asked us if they could take her stuff out of the back so they could clean it better. I just assumed that they would vacuum around whatever was there but the fact that they wanted to do it right AND had the courtesy to ask us first just blew me away. To top it off, the manager came over and actually apologized that they had put her stuff on the ground. We had no issues and told him that we had told them it was ok to do that. Great service. Top notch operation. read more
