Over the past year, my car became a depression dumping ground. The back was full of trash, there…read morewere crumbs and dirt all over, and then just recently my AC drain got clogged, causing it to pump water into the passenger footwell, which worsened everything with the overwhelming stink of mildew. I'd already been in contact with Diego about clearing out my car when the drain clogged, and I almost canceled the service entirely because I was so embarrassed by how disgusting the car was. I'm so glad I went forward with the clean. Understandably, the estimate increased to include addressing the water damage, but it was still a more than fair price for what I needed done. Going in, I expected he would cover the basics and that's it - clear the trash, vacuum the obvious dirt, and dry out the footwell - not a full detail, but still a sizable task. When he arrived, I showed him where our spigot and exterior outlets were, grabbed a couple personal items out of the way, and left him to it. In all the time I've had this car, I've never seen it look as good as it did when he was done. Not only was everything cleared out, he'd gone above and beyond by cleaning seats and the center console with an attention to detail that I hadn't anticipated. He even thoroughly cleaned the carpet for the entire car instead of just the one damaged spot. On top of doing an amazing job, Diego was also incredibly polite and never once made me feel judged for the original state of the vehicle. Having a clean environment does wonders for managing my depression, and I hope I'll be able to keep things in a better state going forward. However, it's also a comfort to know that, when the depression does creep back in and the mess starts to build, I know exactly who to contact to get myself back on track.

I always get the wash, the wheel and tire shine, as well as the interior. They also offer a more extensive detail, but I think that may require an appointment, not sure. The first time they did it, I was a little disappointed, because it wasn't spotless inside, but then I came back to reality. I had to consider things; the price(can't beat it), timing(they are good and quick), and realistically you can't expect a car to be spotless for that. As a young woman, going to a dominantly male car wash, they have never once made me feel uncomfortable or taken advantage of in any way. They are always very kind and respectful!! Give them a try!!

Yes, they can be a little rushed when cleaning the interior, but honestly, what do you expect for $25? After they finished, I simply grabbed a rag and touched up a few spots that I felt could use a little more attention. No big deal! This is the happiest I've been with my car in months. It really needed a good cleaning! My one complaint, however, is the short, bald gentleman who always seems to have a scowl on his face. His attitude is consistently unpleasant, and he is incredibly rude to customers. Unfortunately, his behavior takes away from what is otherwise a very good customer service experience. The other employees are lovely, and I have always found them pleasant to deal with. I sincerely hope the owner sees this review because one employee's poor attitude should not overshadow the hard work of everyone else. A little courtesy and professionalism would go a long way!

Marques was very helpful and informative about the various options and different products he currently uses and has tried. He did an extremely thorough job, coating everything the eye could see, including the wheels and even the brake calipers (which look fantastic). I posted pictures, but they really do not do justice to how it looked in real life. So far, the ceramic coating is amazing and my first test was when some sticky, gooey berries landed/stuck to my car and they came off with just a wet cloth; no scrubbing. They would have required some serious detergent and elbow grease before the treatment.
