Aaron, the manager, made extra special care that I was super well taken care of, even personally helping me scrub lantern fly residue off of my car! I recently purchased a new car and so first time in a while that I chose to use a car wash. I was super happy!!! I forgot how convenient it could be, plus they have the vacuum area that is not extra money to use. There cloths to wipe with. I will definitely be back. I'll be able to keep my car sparkling clean inside and out as I have to transport people at my job. Super happy and the cost is reasonable too!!!! read more

Expensive compared to some other places. No where to vacuum out your own car, have to pay to have someone do it for you. Typical fee you to death for everything place. Would absolutely never return. read more

One of the main complaints is the wait. It when you get a good service for a good price there is going to be a wait. I try to hit mornings and any day other than Saturday. However the staff are hoping and moving. I disagree with others that vacuuming goes down when busy as they have a quality check where each row gets a Supervisor to go over the car and make final touches before he waves you on to leave. read more

Sooo glad I paid for the interior....not, I don't think they cleaned/vacuumed a single speck of dirt on the inside. They did at least clean my windows, so that's something I guess. What a rip off. We liked Frederick Auto Spa--for several reasons. We needed our car detailed on short notice. This was the only detailing business in Frederick that could get us in quickly. We got a next-day appointment. (Every other detailing establishment that we called had at least a two week wait!) The Auto Spa has a lot of detailing stations. They did a good job; finished our car quickly and were pleasant to work with. They were also reasonably priced. We plan on taking another car there soon! read more

I went to get a car wash which cost nearly $40. While in the drying tunnel, I watched a piece fly off my car. When I got out to the interior clean section, I got out of my car and checked and found my front emblem missing . I told one of the workers what I saw happen in the tunnel . He went to check & said it wasn't there . I repeated that I saw it fly off & go to the left side . He checked again and found it . He brought it out and tried to put it back on but after looking at it , I found an integral piece to reattach it was broken off in the fall. I asked to speak to the manager at which case he told me something must've been wrong with it before I came in. Needless to say I purchased the car new and have owned it since 2015 and that was not the case . I flat out asked him if he was going to replace it ? He said No. After looking at the 3 yr old child level of cleaning they did on the inside of the vehicle and this terrible experience of replacing a $100 emblem , I would NEVER advise going to this place! I had to drive off with a giant hole in my front grill and a impending total debt from this experience of $140 for a 10 minute experience. I recently had the inside and outside of my vehicle detailed. Its 13 years old and has obvious wear and tear. I didn't really have any expectations other than it being cleaner than it was previously. I was blown away by how clean they got it. It was amazing! Unbelievable even. I dont usually leave reviews but they did such great work I had to acknowledge it. My car looks brand new, inside and outside. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I will definitely be back. Awesome job! read more

Bad service! I have a navigator and they literally took them 5 min to clean it. I got into my truck and it looks like they did not do anything inside, no vacuum, the dust that was there did not get wiped out. Ugh if You go there don't leave without checking. read more

no stars at all, I paid for a platinum wash and when I came out of the wash they waved me all the way to the right to leave and didn't want to dry my car or nothin, so I told them and had the receipt on the dashboard for them to see and it seems like they were mad once I brought it to their attention so when the did vacuum the did a poor job and my windows were very greased from their towels and the guy tried to tell me that's how it's supposed to look, I've never been so pissed off over a car wash before so I went and "Canceled" my monthly membership immediately and I'll just go to self service from this point on cause ain't nobody gonna take care of some that belongs to you the way you would, this never happened to me in Germantown car spa!!! I went with glass crayon on the Windows's and body of my car thinking it would come off easily. It didn't! The manager talked to me afterward seeing it wasn't removed and offered me another trip through the wash at no cost! I though that so very kind and wish customer service could be this wonderful everywhere! It made my day to think there are still people like this left in this world! Just paid $35 for their Silver Car Wash and after 35 minutes was informed my vehicle was ready. When I asked the employee to clean the break dust from the wheels he informed me that wheel cleaning was not included in the Silver Package. I knew this was not truthful so I drove back to the entrance to speak with the cashier and check signage. Sure enough wheel cleaning is included in the Silver Package. So a flat out lie that means this business charges for services they have no intention of delivering. Granted they were very busy but not being truthful with a customer on top of poor quality or just laziness is reason enough to not return. And candidly wheel cleaning has always been a weakness of this business in the past but I tolerated it because they made some effort to address it if I brought it to their attention. Well they did a crappy job cleaning my car for the $30 I spent. They didn't even attempt to move my back seat to clean under the seat (the seats move) or clean under my kids car seat. There are areas of the car that were never vacuumed or cleaned. I paid for the dash to be cleaned, but the navigation and the cup holders were never vacuumed. I'm never coming back here. Better off vacuuming my own car and cleaning it myself. $30 is too much to pay for crappy service. read more

Had my truck detailed today and they did an awesome job. I will recommend them to everyone.

They even dragged our huge rubber mats out of the back of the van and cleaned them beautifully!

THEY DAMAGED MY MEDIA DISPLAY! if you must go to this car wash, think twice before you let them clean the inside of your car. I took my car here for a simple inside and out cleaning. When I got back in the car there was damage to they media display. The manager on duty insisted his guys couldn't have done the damage because they're instructed not to clean media displays. It's not like they're being closely supervised. AND ACCIDENTS HAPPEN. I don't believe the damage was intentional but the car wash is definitely responsible. I filed a report and got a call back from the general manager. He simply stated that they couldn't have done the damage. At this point, I'll leave it up to a judge and my insurance to handle. read more

I had one thousand Crape Myrtle pollen/sap dots on my hood. I tried everything to try to get it off. I called the Auto Spa last night to talk with someone about cleaning it up. The young lady on the phone was very friendly and knowledgeable. She gave me some rough numbers but suggested that I bring the car in for a better estimate. Today, I drove up to the cashier booth and there were two young ladies inside who were also very friendly, attentive and really seemed to care about my problem. They called a young gentleman, who had to be a manger or something, to come have a look. He got his detail guy right on it! The fees were much less than what I expected and within 30 mins my car was sap free. It is rare to get such great customer service these days. I have used Auto Spa many times but the last time I went will be the Last Time. I was very disappointed in the quality of cleaning that was done. I paid $40 for a package (can't remember the name of the package) and it was a waste of money. I removed the car seats and floor mats prior to the car wash. When I got into the car after the service was done it looked ok but I didn't take the time to really look. Well, when I got home and put the car seats back I noticed all sorts of places that weren't vacuumed well or at all. There were still dirty spots on the doors. As I said in the first paragraph I have used Auto Spa many times in the past and was very impressed with the quality of work. Being obsessed with my car, I always make sure to have it cleaned, waxed, and without blemish. So I've been to a lot of car wash places, all the way from Texas to New Hampshire, and I can definitively say they are below average. With their high cost, they should do a much better job. They missed obvious spots on my car and tires, which I had to point out to their staff. After my car was assaulted by pine sap, I decided to give them a second chance and I went in and got their "pine sap removal service." I seriously don't think they spent more than ten seconds removing the sap. None of the stains had been removed and I had to point out obvious (I'm talking huge) stains for them to remove. I don't live in Frederick anymore, but I have to imagine the city has a better place than this one. read more

This place has been going downhill for several years. I've driven away with streaky smeared interior windshields, dirty carpets, dusty dashboards and exterior water spots from poor cleaning and have not said a word. Today I went back because we paid $25 for a car wash and the car is still filthy. I complained, they said pollen doesn't come off. :/ They do not pre-spray or brush cars. Ms Tameka was unhelpful but Ms Shantera was disrespectful, smirking laughing and walking away while I was talking. Very rude. Inexcusable. So I took the car down the street to Shell where for $6 LESS they quickly, cheerfully and politely cleaned my car so it sparkles! Yes, a gas station did a much better job than the so-called AutoSpa!!! Save your money and go somewhere else! read more

I got a gift card for a complete interior detail for my birthday. The inside of my car due to transporting kids to sports etc. needed attention to say the least. The interior of the car is now immaculate. I couldn't believe the difference. The package also included a platinum wash and tire detail.
