I had an amazing experience with Dan's Computer Repair…read more He was very quick to respond, and asked me a lot of good questions to get clarity on the issue I had reached out to him about initially-my laptop wasn't charging properly. He came and picked up the laptop so he could try to diagnose the issue. Well, after testing it and looking at it, he said there was nothing wrong. And the darn thing was charging for him! Doh! He promptly dropped my laptop back the next day and wasn't going to bill me because there was no issue to repair. But, given the efforts he had put in and the driving back and forth, it didn't feel right so I gave him something to say thanks because he absolutely deserved it. AND....not sure if he gave the thing a pep talk but my laptop has been working perfectly since then. Dan is professional, communicative and timely. All things I really appreciate in anyone, especially a vendor. He installed my new GPU, but his help didn't stop there. I was also dealing with ongoing CPU overheating issues, and he spent hours troubleshooting, optimizing my cooling, and improving the overall performance of my computer until everything was running the way it should.
