Each bite was carefully crafted and came with a thorough explanation of the individual parts and how they fit together. However, when the food was given out the chef presented the food like he was reading off a menu. There was no additional information on what went into it and what he was doing. The food was delicious and fresh! The overall experience was sub par. I would think if we're paying this much that it would be more of an experience.
