This business is in a place called "Commerce Fork Food Company". It's sort of a confusing concept for me. You walk in and there were kiosks that weren't working and no one to help us. No signage, no menus. No tables, no nothing. After a while someone came to the window and advised we could order on our phones. I mean, I guess if it's just a food delivery/to-go place or something it make sense...but someone somewhere needs to do better at explaining to their patrons what you're supposed to do here. We ordered and waited in our car. They don't give you anything to alert us so we just kept going back in to check on the food. I'm not sure what I expected but I thought maybe there would be some tables or something? They didn't even have trash cans outside. The food was just ok. The cheese sauce was the best part. Super cheesy and ooey gooey. We didn't finish the sandwich as it was soggy (even though we ate it immediately) and lacking bulgogi flavor of any kind. The macaroni was decent enough. Based on the whole "food delivery pick up and not a restaurant" I would not be back. I mean...is this the future of eating out? I'm not impressed.

Phenomenal!!!! Ordered the original cheesesteak w/ provolone, banana peppers, lettuce and tomatoes. The bread and meat were beyond fresh. Coming from someone who doesn't eat a lot and is very picky, I was blown away. It was all gone in less than 10 min. Can't wait to try one of the other subs!

Had the original cheesesteak and it was great. The cheese came on the side and I got to pour it on when my order showed up.

Ok, y'all You have, I guarantee, NEVER had a REAL Philly Cheesesteak like the ones from Furlough Brothers, ANYWHERE down here in Texas! This place has no dine in, presently, but you can have orders filled online, delivered and picked up. Sam and Mike are an appetite quenching duo. They both were employees at the Hilton Anatole, and were furloughed at the onset of the pandemic. (Thus, their name.) The chef, of the two of them, is a culinary expert earned his degree and specializes in his experience and knowledge of cooking in top notch restaurants. He knows every inch of a side of a cow and a cut of beef. You don't have to go all the way to Philly to experience the authentic Philly Cheesesteak any longer. It's in our Trinity Grove district, and your taste buds are knocking at the door of your lips to venture down to W Commerce and grab the essence of the best Philly Cheesesteaks you ever, (or, perhaps, never, ate before in your life!) Check out their menu, order, head to Clyde Warren Park, the Arboretum, your favorite picnic area, or head for home and don't miss out on this most fantastic, mouth watering treat you have ever tasted, this side of Philadelphia!

    Furlough Brothers Loaded fries!

First time visiting ordered the OG and the Bulgogi. Both were amazingly fresh, hot and so delicious. Unique and delicious fries as well - especially good dipped into Furlough Brothers special sauces. Try them all! Looking forward to our next visit as we work our way through the entire menu - it all sounds and looks great! Oh, and check out the loaded fries!

Ordered a cheese steak sandwich, while tasty? It had very little meats cut into tiny cubes.

Portion felt small. Cheese sauce lacked flavor. Jersey Mike's has a better cheesesteak sandwich.

Our server was great and took the time to answer all our questions, but if you are reading this I am sure you are curious about the food! We started with the Caesar salad with Pancetta which was one of the best salads I have ever had. The Fried Olives were very well made but I wished they had a kick of spice in them. For the main course we had the Pork Schnitzel which was absolutely excellent. Great flavor and the pickled peppers were an excellent addition. We also had the Goodness Gracious pizza which was extremely flavorful and delicious. We ended with the Blackberry and Coconut soft serve with Maldon Salt Olive Oil. The additions truly added to the experience. Overall a great spot in Downtown Dallas!

At 11am this past Friday I made a call to the place seeing how it works. I was told they typically sell out of the burger by 11:45. I figured I'd still head over and get the pastrami sandwich. Around 11:20 I called back to see if I could place an order for a later pick up of the burger. I was told no. Come 1pm for my lunch hour I decided to head that way and try my luck. As I walked in the first thing I asked the employee behind the counter was "do yall have any burgers left?" To my surprise she said "yes". I decided since my luck was so good and it was Friday I'd order both the burger and the pastrami sandwich. The burger was beautiful. Comparable only to one of NYCs best burgers from Au Cheval. This is by far the highest quality burger I've had in Dallas. The first bite was absolutely perfect. I look forward to coming back. P.S. The pastrami sandwich was good but nothing to write home about. I got it to go. I actually enjoyed it cold the next day. I think the pastrami could turn heads if it had more pastrami. Make it an event. Something comparable to Katz Deli. Make it an experience.

I rarely leave reviews , in fact, this may be my first one, but this experience was so negative…read morethat I feel compelled to share it. I ordered two sandwiches through the DoorDash app for pickup. The app clearly stated that the sandwiches came with chips and potato salad, which is why I chose that option instead of ordering a different special. When I arrived at the restaurant, I still had to wait in line before reaching the cashier. When I finally got to the counter, she handed me my sandwiches and then told me that I had ordered chips and potato salad but had not paid for them. I calmly explained that the app showed those items as included with the sandwich. Instead of resolving the situation professionally, she told me she needed to call the owner. She then had me step aside while she helped three other customers, leaving me waiting awkwardly off to the side. When the owner finally called her back, she spoke to him loudly (almost argumentatively) about me being there and "claiming" the sandwiches came with chips and potato salad. It was embarrassing because other customers could clearly hear what was happening. Ultimately, I was told the owner said the sandwiches did not come with those sides. At that point, I just took my sandwiches and left. The entire situation felt uncomfortable and unnecessary. If there was a mix-up with the app, that isn't the customer's fault. Good customer service would have been to honor what was displayed in the app and clarify the issue internally afterward. Instead, I left feeling frustrated and embarrassed. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst restaurant experiences I've had.
