Some activities require an additional fee, but the prices were reasonable and didn't feel excessive. One thing to keep in mind: everyone entering the play area must wear socks, including parents. I'd definitely consider visiting again.

Juice and plates, napkins, utensils were included. Karen and Melissa were excellent with the children keeping them busy with different activities. Children had an hour in the tumble room and 1/2 hour for snacks and cake. I wasn't a big fan of the layout; the parents are in a room next to the tumble room with a glass door to look in to watch. At the very least, a glass window looking into the tumble room would make this a super place. My daughter had a blast and we will be signing her up for some of the classes. Nice place, we'll be back.

But it worked out because my nephew absolutely loved this place! We bought a single day pass I can't remember how much it was for the kid pass but for adults it was $30. We were able to jump for 90 minutes and they had different trampoline areas. They had 2 different jungle gyms, a trampoline/basketball area, a foam pit, etc. I liked that after you were done with the trampolines they had some arcade games for the kids to play if they wanted to! Perfect place to get the kiddos tired out! Also cute to do a birthday party! A reservation wasn't necessary when we came, we walked in and staff helped us immediately! They have a whole parking lot dedicated to this place! Also I liked that this was located in Willowbrook mall because after we finished here we ended up at yard house ! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who has kids!

Staff was nonexistent until the later hours of my experience. Kids also kept getting in trouble for speaking very rude to other people and for hitting kids forcefully with the ball in their faces. Even though there are a lot more cons than pros about this park, we still loved going on the trampolines.

The staff was really friendly and full of zest entertaining the kids as they selected all their personal touches for their bears. On your birthday, you can get a cute basic teddy bear and only pay your age! Genius! It definitely can add up with al the extras like clothes and shoes and accessories, but they do have some good deals on the bears. The kids love it. Energy in Pinebrook was one of the most disappointing and tone‑deaf experiences I've had at a kids'…read moreplay space. It's wildly overpriced -- over $55 for a 2‑year‑old and a 5‑year‑old -- and the space is tiny for what they charge. The real issue was the environment and the staff's attitude. We walked into music blasting at a level that made it impossible to hear the person at the front desk. My toddler has anxiety and mild sensory needs, and even after I explained that, the woman at the front shrugged and said the manager "likes it loud during camp." Mind you, the camp kids weren't dancing, they were coloring. The woman finally lowered it a few notches, rolled her eyes and then walked away. The volume was still blaring. When I asked for a refund, the dismissiveness continued. The manager told me to put headphones on my 2‑year‑old instead of simply lowering the volume. I said to her that at this point, I'm so put off, that I just want my money back, especially bc I just paid over $55. The manager cut me off mid‑sentence to justify their pricing, "Yah, for 2 kids," to which I responded, "Yah, exactly." The woman at the front desk tried to delay the refund again because she was "busy."I refused to let them brush me off and demanded that I get receipt of the refund before going out the door. For a children's play space, refusing a basic sensory accommodation and treating parents like an inconvenience is unacceptable. This place caters to a very specific crowd and makes it clear who they're willing to accommodate -- and who they're not.
