We loved the arcade here, there's various games available and plenty to choose from. We enjoy playing Mario kart racing and the claw machine where I was able to win 3 different stuffed animals. I also played various games and we just had a really good time here. It wasn't over packed and it had plenty of space. If you're going to be in Seaside Oregon swing by the arcade and get you some game time in, it's fun for the whole family.

Lost all my savings trying to get that Yoshi Plushy! I couldn't help myself! Empty wallet, but the memories are full :)

Took our 5 year-old grandson here on Thursday and he had such a good time we returned the next day. *Keep your card*: points accumulate on your card, and were able to redeem them for some trinkets on day 2. They have a surprisingly large assortment of games, not really targeted for age 5 but he found enough to do to have a good time. He did the bowling games and the "candy claw". The place is a little dark, but reasonably clean and almost all the machines were operational which in some arcades is not the case. The process for redeeming points scored was the only downside. You go to the counter, and fight for a spot in line with all the other customers. Check your point total on the card machines before getting in line so you can figure out which prizes you qualify for before it's your turn. FWIW we spent about $5/day, which I though was a cheap thrill.

Arcade in a beach town. Busy during spring and summer breaks. Not associated with Funland in Long Beach, WA. Pretty much the same games as any other Arcade...with on exception...FASCINATION! One of few Fascination parlors in the world still remaining. This makes this arcade better than any other. Two air hockey tables, sometimes the retractable doors are opened near the tables on nicer days. Also has a Fultano's Pizza inside--so definitely smells like pizza up in there. Nice place to burn some time, and money...especially if it is raining.

This is one of my favorite places to go when we visit Seaside! There's nothing better than an arcade combined with a pizza joint. There are tons of games and the pizza is delicious.

Burnt bread that came with the mac

Fun arcade for the kids to run around and burn off some energy before nap time. Went to their food court. Front had said about 15 minutes for our to go order. Ordered a Medium Popeyes pizza added Canadian bacon. Small pepperoni pizza. 4piece chicken strip with fries and a Mac and cheese that came with apple sauce and bread. Our first pizza came out on a plate not in a box. Than our pepperoni pizza followed. We waited for the rest of our order for about 5 minutes before going up there to ask and they had it all along in a bag. Pepperoni was meh. Popeyes was great Chicken strips were burnt , fries were soggy Mac and cheese tasted like Kraft Mac and cheese didn't mind it just was expecting more for price and not have a burnt garlic bread lol Point is I'll come back for the arcade and I'll make sure to eat somewhere else lol

Not worth the money, what I came back home with

nice game options, a bit pricey. Several of the games were out of order without any signs.

About 25% of their games are broke down right now. The ones that work are .50 to $2.00 to play. That's way too much in my opinion!

Place is pretty fun! Entertains young ones & older people! Wish there was a bit more than racing kind of games though.

4.5 stars... well, let's call it four and a half with a raised eyebrow…read more Time's Theater and Public House has been part of my life since I was three years old. Three. I couldn't tie my shoes, but I could sit in that theater and stare at that big glowing screen like it was the second coming of Hollywood. From childhood all the way to 18, that place wasn't just a theater it was a landmark. It's iconic. It's got bones. It's got stories in the walls. I remember walking in one time and the screen was down, sports blasting on that big canvas like God intended. That's how you use a theater, folks. You don't buy a cowboy hat to hang it on the wall you wear it. Same principle. Now listen, they've fixed up the bathrooms . Nobody wants to change "historic" restrooms. Some things should stay nostalgic. Some things should not. The food? On point. Service? Solid. Decor? Still has that old-school charm that makes you feel like you're part of something bigger than just lunch and a beer. But here's where I tilt my glass and squint a little. Last few times we've gone in, that big beautiful screen is nowhere to be seen. Instead, we're staring at giant stainless steel beer kegs stretched across the back like industrial art. Not everybody came to admire a 10-foot aluminum torpedo. Drop the screen, man. Let it shine. It's a theater. If I wanted to stare at storage containers, I'd tour a shipping yard. And here's the kicker we walked in at lunch, only a couple folks inside. By the time we left? Elbow to elbow. Packed out. The business is hopping. Which tells me you're doing a lot right. I just think when you've got that kind of space and that kind of history, you let the screen fly. Give the people the ambiance. Don't buzzkill the magic with beer tanks. I love the place. I'll keep coming back. But pull that screen down and let it do what it was born to do. That's worth half a star right there.

I am into lagers and they had more than 1! Yay! I usually am only finding one at different places. I had a sampler tray and got all of the lagers. He went to the "token machine" that puts you deposited money onto a card for playtime. My husband received a card but there was nothing on it. The machine also kept t cash that was inserted into the machine. My husband then tried to make sure he had gone through the process properly and he had. He then knocked a few times on the staff door to talk to someone...no one was there. I could not find a phone number to call, only an email address. On October 11th, I sent them an email explaining what happened and that I was demanding a refund or I would go everywhere I could and write a negative review. on October 21 at 10:42pm i received an email asking g for my Venmo information for a refund. I provided the information on October 22 at 3:42am. As I write this on October 30 at 5:51am, no refund has been given yet. Now we understand that things happen, but this is VERY BAD business especially in an area that is directed at tourism as a latge part of the city's economy. Please save yourself the headache and go to the arcade/gaming rooms somewhere else. DO NOT go to the Funtastic arcade. It WAS NOT fun and they stole our money.

This was a nice little local museum…read more The cost was free with a $3 recommended donation. The museum had a tiny private parking lot. You start out in a small gift shop where there are some books and various local items for purchase. You continue on to the exhibit area, and get to read about Canon Beach's history in the form of a timeline. The presentations also had cones that provided audio in Spanish. When we visited, a couple of the exhibits were in progress, but the newer timeline presentations looked really sharp in comparison to the couple of older displays they still had available. The museum made an effort for some interactive displays as well, There were a couple of telephones where you could listen to fabricated accounts of people of a certain time, and then there was also a small room in the back that was set up like an Indian long house that encouraged kids to play in it. There was another room in the back that had a quilt / art display in it. Based on the older reviews, it doesn't sound like this display ever rotates. There were a couple of options for sitting on benches while reading the displays. You could do this place in under an hour.
