My husband and I absolutely love visiting Seaside, and every single time we're there--especially during the rainy winter months--Funland Arcade is our go-to place to unwind and just be kids again. There's something so nostalgic and comforting about stepping inside while the rain is coming down outside. The stress just melts away. We get completely immersed in our own little world, laughing, competing, and reliving that carefree high-school energy where nothing else mattered except having fun together. One of my favorite things about this arcade is that it's a full arcade, not just claw machines (which is a huge bonus for someone like me who is... not great at claw games ). Give me basketball shooting, zombie pucks, or any accuracy-based game, and I'm all in. For some reason, those games just click for me--the precision, timing, and rhythm always work out, and I can rack up tickets surprisingly fast. Whether we're popping in to escape the weather, killing time between beach walks, or just wanting to reconnect and play, this arcade never disappoints. It's lively, colorful, and full of that classic boardwalk energy that makes Seaside feel so special. If you're visiting the coast and looking for something fun, nostalgic, and stress-free--especially on a rainy day--this arcade is absolutely worth stopping by. Pure joy, pure fun, and a perfect reminder that it's okay to be a kid again.

We loved the arcade here, there's various games available and plenty to choose from. We enjoy playing Mario kart racing and the claw machine where I was able to win 3 different stuffed animals. I also played various games and we just had a really good time here. It wasn't over packed and it had plenty of space. If you're going to be in Seaside Oregon swing by the arcade and get you some game time in, it's fun for the whole family.

Lost all my savings trying to get that Yoshi Plushy! I couldn't help myself! Empty wallet, but the memories are full :)

Took our 5 year-old grandson here on Thursday and he had such a good time we returned the next day. *Keep your card*: points accumulate on your card, and were able to redeem them for some trinkets on day 2. They have a surprisingly large assortment of games, not really targeted for age 5 but he found enough to do to have a good time. He did the bowling games and the "candy claw". The place is a little dark, but reasonably clean and almost all the machines were operational which in some arcades is not the case. The process for redeeming points scored was the only downside. You go to the counter, and fight for a spot in line with all the other customers. Check your point total on the card machines before getting in line so you can figure out which prizes you qualify for before it's your turn. FWIW we spent about $5/day, which I though was a cheap thrill.

Arcade in a beach town. Busy during spring and summer breaks. Not associated with Funland in Long Beach, WA. Pretty much the same games as any other Arcade...with on exception...FASCINATION! One of few Fascination parlors in the world still remaining. This makes this arcade better than any other. Two air hockey tables, sometimes the retractable doors are opened near the tables on nicer days. Also has a Fultano's Pizza inside--so definitely smells like pizza up in there. Nice place to burn some time, and money...especially if it is raining.

This is one of my favorite places to go when we visit Seaside! There's nothing better than an arcade combined with a pizza joint. There are tons of games and the pizza is delicious.

Fascination at Funland Arcade is so much fun! The emcee, Melissa, who is also the manager, makes the experience awesome. She is so funny!

Fun place to play and have fun with family. Games are similar to a typical arcade like D&B.

But I can't honestly tell you that. The truth is, I chose to stand there on principle. I had absolutely no intention of swimming, using the slides, or taking advantage of any of the attractions. I simply wanted to spend the day with my grandsons, watching them laugh and making memories together. Instead, I was expected to pay approximately $40 simply to walk through the gate and be with my family. I understand that every business has the right to set its own admission policies, and I respect that. But I also have the right to decide when a policy simply doesn't make sense. So, for four hours, I stood just inside the front entrance near the front door while my grandsons enjoyed the park--not because I had to, but because I couldn't justify paying full admission for services I never intended to use. My hope is that Wings & Waves will reconsider this policy. A reasonably priced spectator pass for grandparents, parents, caregivers, or anyone who simply wants to accompany their family without participating would make the park far more welcoming to families. I truly hope no other grandparent has to make the same choice I did.

They have a cool free train ride that takes you around the park so definitely don't skip out on that! They also had a small county fair going on when I was here so that was a cool mix to add to an already super fun park! There really is something here for everyone so don't sell yourself short as this is a great local park that is definitely something I'd frequently visit if I lived here as I love places like this and there just aren't many out there like this anymore! A solid 4. Man alive is it EXPENSIVE to bowl now a days. Oh lord - do I sound OLD AF saying that!!!…read moreHa! My daughter and I went to bowl as part of celebrating her birthday. She and I chose King Pins. Well I technically chose them as the bowling was the least expensive in the area. And for us two, for 90 minutes, it was almost $70. Yes. That's EXPENSIVE. So we made the most of it and had a great time. We played with all the options in the bowling area for games and were silly and had fun. And clearly didn't bowl well lol But despite the price - fun was had. Service is okay at best over by the "Tap house," but at least the option exists to have "table service," while you bowl. It was a last minute ask (thank you, dear child *eye roll*) that I was able to book at a preferred time in under a week, and the kids had fun, which is what mattered most! From start to finish, service was spot on: we were met by Coleton who walked us through the logistics & timing, as well as helped with some changes I requested due to attendance, and our server was Paige who made sure the boys never went without beverages. Pizzas came out quickly so the kids were able to eat & bowl, and everything was timed to perfection so they were able to sing to the Birthday Boy and enjoy cake before heading over for some Laser Tag & arcade time to end the festivities. It was also great to have a table reserved in the arcade area for belongings & whatnot, which also allowed some pitchers of beverages for the rest of the time. The space itself was immaculate and staff was buzzing around to keep tables turned over, bowling balls replaced to their rightful homes for future bowlers and the restrooms (at least the ladies!) were also clean (I know that can be a big deal for families, especially with Littles). All in all, I'd say this was money well spent, especially considering everything that is included in the package. For 7 total kids, I think they played 3-4 games of bowling, we did 2 laser tag games & their arcade time, didn't have to set up, break down or clean up party supplies/food, etc -- id do it again in a heartbeat!
