Great service, Danny is very polite and careful. Everyone is nice and they take walk ins with little to no waiting time.

Don't know whats more surprising, the fact that you still have customers, or the fact that you haven't gone out of business yet. My hands got cut up, my nails look like they have pieces of bubblegum on them... the job simply looks like it was done by a blind three year old with no hands. Check your employees, make sure everyone is doing a good job or fire them when they don't meet a minimum standard of acceptable quality.

Horrible work!!! Over priced and they cut me everytime. Nails are all crooked. The guy didn't even know how to do a purple ombre. All of them are uneven lengths. I would not waste my money here again. They rush and dont even care to make sure the customer is happy. I literally want to cry right now. So unhappy. 85 dollars for this..never again!

DONT GO HERE Earlier I would've given this 2.5 until my thumb nail POPPED there was a bubble under the paint because they didn't give it time to dry and now the whole thing is peeling! DO NOT GO HERE FOR A FULL SET! I had the worst experiance! The guy in the first seat named Brian did a terrible job. He missed paint, and didn't do any clean up when he got paint on my skin, there was acrylic all over my hands he cut both of my pinkies with the drill. There was no attention to detail at all I didn't even get a chance to look at my nails, and his hands were so forceful. I had to have a girl there named Jenny redo my nails they do look a little better but still not good quality. I asked her after she filed the nails down again if I could wash my hands and she said what's the point because you have bacteria on your hands. I told her that the dust from the drill needs to be washed off or it can get in the paint. That's why there was a bump in the polish when Brian did it. Then she said I could wash my hands after she puts on the cuticle oil when finished. I just don't understand because if I'm going to wash my hands I'll wash off the cuticle oil and my hands will just be dry. The only thing decent about my experience there today was getting my toes done by a young man named TT. He was a lot more careful and paid attention to detail. I will never go there again! And if I were you I would not waste my money. (Btw that is not dead skin peeling off my fingers it's the Acrylic. I did have some cuticals that needed to be cut and they did not do that either)

Seems like since this place went under new management the quality of their nail supplies are poor. I went in on Sunday and by Tuesday my paint was peeling off and they looked like bulky plaster. ($50 fill and paint)So I called to schedule with another tech because the first person that did my nails on Sunday was not attentive and kept stopping to look at his phone(rushing). Nails were filed and shaped correctly by Shirley on Tuesday($25)but now today is Wednesday and my paint is peeling off and bubbling. It has to be the quality of the supplies because Shirley is great at what she does. Don't think I will be returning because there's no way I should have paid $75 total for a simple fill and paint. read more

Unsatisfied , the guy who did my toes were in a rush he never bother to take some cuticles , he rushed everything , he got annoyed when he offered me to get my nails done and i said no. He put too much oil all over my legs and feet and he never dried it up. They charged too much for a card. I mean hello some salons only charged $.35 .. read more

Well.. I didn't think a spending hours at the nail salon was necessary. But Jenny got my nails right my pedicure was good they removed my ingrown toenail. Jenny is very quick and neat. I don't quite remember the lady who did my pedi but she took her time and I was satisfied. read more

The place is okay of course you get what you pay my nails were okay and I really like them but they do have a few little details that they could have done better over all you get what you pay but it wasn't very cheap either I would go back but not too much maybe they were in a rush since it was almost time for them to close! so damn upset i go to get my nails done today and this lady cut me with a nail filer. she lifted pieces of my skin off of many fingers. i told her she cut me and she didnt care. she left my nails super ugly so i asked her to fix them. she got so upset and just did a shitty job. and not only that but i then got a pedicure in which the man got mad when i asked him if he could fox a nail i messed up and he answered me with "omg" and rolled his eyes. super upset. if you plan on going somewhere for your nails. don't let it be here they don't care. read more

I guess it's true what they say you pay for the quality of the product. I paid 50 dollars for a full gel set and a pedi. WORST nails I've ever had it started getting busy and he just rushed through them once I got my pedi and realized my nails were horrible I tried to have him fix it and he simply paid no mind to me. He repainted 3 nails and sent me my way. 6 days in and they are already lifting.. birthday nails ruined. Literally. read more

I'm always satisfied with my eyebrows waxed! I have now been going every two weeks because everywhere else I go they never do a great job! I love it here and the whole staff is awesome! They completely exceeded my expectations, not just with the pedicure but also with the manicure and their ability to do detailed nail art and designs. I usually stick to a clean, simple look, but since it was my birthday, I decided to switch it up and get some designs on my nails. I've received nothing but compliments ever since. I've been searching for a good nail tech for a long time, and I finally found one -- Jimmy! He did an amazing job on both my pedicure and nails. I even showed him a picture for my nails, and he matched it exactly -- I'm so happy with the results! His attention to detail and skill really stood out. On top of that, the entire staff was so kind and welcoming. They even helped me with my son while I was getting my service done -- which wasn't their job, but they went out of their way to make me comfortable since my little one was crying. That kind of care makes such a difference. I'll definitely be going back to Jimmy from now on, and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a nail tech who goes above and beyond. I have come to this place for so long to be given the worst service. I explained to the guy that the last time he did my nails he made them so thin they all bent and broke (my natural nails) and then he cut them so short and could not fix one. I had to wait for another nail tech for her to literally throw some gel on and the lamp would not even go off before she was rushing my other hand through. She rubbed lotion on literally for maybe 5 seconds then just wiped it off. My hands feel nasty from what ever they left in them for being so careless. There was a male worker there that got mad at my daughter because her arm was stiff he kept saying under under his breath oh my God he was really rough with her kept slamming the nail filer made four of her nails bleed she came home crying she should never been treated like this she just went there because she got good grades and wanted to treat herself that man is horrible read more

Worst service ever and the guy with the Range Rover hat is the worst. Will never go back there again. The worst place to go. They charge you everything. The tell you once price while your getting the services but once you get to the register they charge your card a different price. Horrible n unpleasant read more
