Apparently, it's been around for 30 years, but I just discovered it when a yoga meetup/nonprofit listed their classes online. I first went to try their Adaptive Yoga class, which is on Mondays. As I left, Anita handed me a pass to try a class for free when she noticed me looking at the schedule. When I mentioned that my Mom would probably like it there, she even handed me one for my Mom! I've since been back a couple times to try their twice monthly Yoga for the Core class on Fridays. That one is my favorite. They have group and small group fitness classes every day of the week so the hours vary based upon what's offered from 6am to 7pm. I'm looking forward to trying more, but in the meantime, I intend to keep returning for those yoga classes. My only complaint is that I wish they weren't directly across from Cookout!

My trainer is Ciaran , who has been an incredible teacher. After the first day, I felt more comfortable about coming to train. Ciaran is very patient, guiding me through this process , taking notes as to my ability, always giving positive feedback in my progress. His attitude and ability to train someone like myself (over the age of 60!) has improved my confidence in my ability to "get in shape" ! I've been sharing the experience with others I interact with as well...encouraging everyone, no matter what your current body shape is...there's hope here! No intimidation what so ever! When there is a promotion, CG Fit or CG Games they become very focused on those and since we're all connected on social media, it can get annoying. They try to encourage campers to promote and most of us have no interest in doing so

I enjoyed being paired with different people in the camp so I could get to know the group I will be with for the next 4 weeks. Trainer Amy was extremely motivating and kept us encouraged throughout the exercises. She coached us well on form to ensure we were doing each exercise properly. The only con is that I am not a fan of grass so I am not looking forward to working out on it ;-(

first off, i want to highlight my experience with Toni, one of the personal trainers. i came in…read moreand he was doing a 1 minute plank = 5 minutes of stretching session. max 3 minutes. he displayed professionalism throughout my session with him. i've been a member at life time in the past in another state and had a great experience. this location is just as good, if not better. staff are friendly and helpful and the gym has a lot of amenities. the weight room can get packed during peak hours but they are closed until midnight which is nice for anyone who chooses to workout late. they have towels, shampoo, mouth wash, hair spray, hair dryers, shaving cream and razors, and deodorant in the locker rooms. the price is definitely worth it if you use the amenities.

Lately, this gym has experienced a concerning increase in security incidents. On June 29, virtually…read moreevery locker in the locker room was reportedly broken into, and cash was stolen from multiple members, including me. Based on the damage I personally saw, there were wood chips and an indentation on the locker door that made it appear it may have been forced open with a crowbar or similar tool. Previous reviews have also reported vehicles being broken into in the parking lot, making the overall security situation even more alarming. What is even more frustrating is the lack of communication and accountability. The situation was handled very poorly. Emails go unanswered, and corporate has been extremely difficult to reach or get any meaningful response from. After an incident involving so many members, I expected much better communication and support instead of feeling like everyone was left to figure things out on their own. Members should be able to work out without worrying about having their cash or valuables stolen in broad daylight. This facility needs stronger security measures, better monitoring of the locker rooms and parking areas, and more visible security personnel. If security is not improved and management does not start taking these incidents seriously, I will no longer be a member. It is unacceptable to allow members to be repeatedly robbed while their concerns are ignored
