The checkout was quick and no line. It wasn't busy when we were there. We were there on a Saturday night, three hours before they closed. There is a big parking lot. I did some online browsing before coming into the store to see what they have; they have a plethora of options at such affordable prices. They didn't have as much in store as they did online but you're able to place your order online at the store. There's also a large downstairs with additional furniture like beds, couches, coffee tables, etc. We found easy parking right in front of the store, as well. We were helped by Daisy who was very personable and helpful. After finding a couch, we sat down together and she went through the pricing with taxes and delivery. Everything was very upfront and she made the process quick and seamless. Our bed was delivered to our second floor apartment (they called me prior to arrange a time) literally two days later! The 2 gentlemen were nice and made carrying a couch look very easy! We've been obsessed with our new couch ever since.
